Accidents happen....and of course, on a Saturday! When we learned that our employee accidentally broke a fire sprinkler in the attic while installing a new furnace, water quickly spread! I immediately called ServPro of Fontana and spoke with Jen. She was amazing! She and her team were able to get to our customer’s house within the hour to get everything assessed & dried STAT! Thank you so much for walking us through this unfortunate mishap!

DO NOT use this company for any type of reconstruction services. You have been warned. This company and its construction crews and office administrators are the worst to work with. The construction crews are deficient in their abilities. They send a painter to do wood framing and baseboards. He had no idea how to cut angles or measure properly. He installed doors on the wrong side of the casing having to redo and fill in cutouts for hinges. The gaps in the trim boards around the doors where enormous. I had to call in the project manager and have him redo them, as you will see in the videos I have attached. The trim was not secured properly they were trying to fill gaps in with Silicone and paint. The doors did not close properly, the drawers in the cabinets had to be redone because they would not close. I had to research and find the correct stain for my baseboards because they couldn’t figure it out. When installing baseboards they just placed them against the wall and nailed them, leaving gaps due to the length of the board which was to long. I had them redo those also. When you talk to the project manager he makes nothing but excuses and continued to try and make it my fault ( the customer) All I wanted was for it to be done right. You see the commercials for Serve Pro and it says “LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED” what a joke. When I try to work with them they just took advantage of my kindness and delayed the job for a month before I finally had enough and fired the crew and got someone else in there to complete the job. The new construction company finished it in 4 days. I was waiting for Serve Pro to complete it for over a month. The Serve Pro office staff could just tell me they won’t negotiate and there is nothing they can do. So once again DO NOT HIRE ANY SERVE PRO COMPANY unless you want nothing but headaches throughout your project.

we recently had franklin brothers hvac come out to inspect our 30+ year old boiler heating system at our residence in march air reserve base. we discovered them via an advertisement and we're so thrilled we did! we initially contacted our home shield provider who sent out two technicians from a contracted company. these individuals suggested, without conducting any checks or tests, that an additional service and cleaning costing around $600 (300 per boiler) would be required to get the systems functional. we were expected to cover these costs out of pocket. they hadn't even begun to examine the systems yet, they simply informed us that it was going to cost more. however, when robert and calvin from franklin brothers hvac arrived, they were extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. they walked me through the entire process and discovered that the previous technicians had actually shut off certain valves. this was the cause of the cold pipes and the lack of water flow that they had tried to present as major issues. it appeared as though the previous technicians were attempting to deceive us. thankfully, the team at franklin brothers hvac identified and rectified the problem at a very reasonable cost. if you're in need of a dependable, knowledgeable team to handle your hvac system, look no further than wyatt from franklin brothers hvac. their service is top-notch and receives a grade of a++++ and a 5-star rating from us!

we recently engaged franklin brothers hvac for our new furnace repair and we couldn't be more satisfied! we sought estimates from four different services before settling on franklin brothers hvac. they outdid all other quotes and provided us with a top-notch unit for less than the lower tier unit that others quoted. calvin, our sales representative, was exceptional and answered our queries promptly. the repairmen arrived on time as promised and completed the system repair within a day. i may not have their names, but they did an excellent job. a few minor issues arose after the initial repair, which is quite normal for a job of this magnitude, in my opinion. wyatt, the technician, was as impressive as the rest of the crew. he quickly and thoroughly resolved the minor issues. the scheduling team was also wonderful, ensuring we knew when they were coming and confirming prior to the visits. lastly, robert, who seemed to be in charge, just finished reattaching the trim to the crawl space access, and it's as if they were never even there. you can't find better service anywhere, and i highly recommend them.

However, the issue mysteriously resolved itself overnight, so I called to cancel but requested they still conduct a system check. Robert, their office manager, contacted me early Monday morning to schedule a Tuesday appointment. Unfortunately, the issue reoccurred, prompting me to call Robert again. He promptly arranged for Calvin to visit on Monday afternoon. Calvin suggested that given the age of the system, any repairs would only offer a temporary fix and recommended a replacement. I received a quote on Tuesday and then coordinated the installation with Robert. By Wednesday, Wyatt had successfully installed the new unit, just in time for a looming heat wave at March Air Reserve Base. a couple of weeks ago, both of my ac units stopped working one after the other at my house near march air reserve base. franklin brothers hvac gave us a fair price for the repairs. robert sat down with my husband and me, explained all about their service package, and was super flexible with how we could pay. since we couldn’t pay everything at once, he helped us out with a financing plan and there was no interest at the start. the team was very careful—protected our floors and kept everything tidy while working. before they started the main repairs, they even let us borrow a temporary ac, which really helped since my daughter likes to stay in her room even when it’s very hot. their crew was great with prices, really flexible, and focused on helping customers. would totally recommend them for any ac repair needs.
