My wife and I want to thanks the team from Servpro everybody at the Fontana area starting from Jen the project manager Mike the project manager there were very helpful and the three angels who have came to be super helpful all the way around were Anthony Albert and Marcos they went up and beyond to take care of our I needs They don’t have a no and they will vocabulary they’re always willing to help us and making sure that we were happy and fully satisfied with the service they ask question they make sure that we are OK and they went extra mile just to make sure that we are comfortable and happy while we’re going through the tragedy of water flooding in our house I want to thank the team I appreciate for everything they did a big thank you..from us

Accidents happen....and of course, on a Saturday! When we learned that our employee accidentally broke a fire sprinkler in the attic while installing a new furnace, water quickly spread! I immediately called ServPro of Fontana and spoke with Jen. She was amazing! She and her team were able to get to our customer’s house within the hour to get everything assessed & dried STAT! Thank you so much for walking us through this unfortunate mishap!

DO NOT use this company for any type of reconstruction services. You have been warned. This company and its construction crews and office administrators are the worst to work with. The construction crews are deficient in their abilities. They send a painter to do wood framing and baseboards. He had no idea how to cut angles or measure properly. He installed doors on the wrong side of the casing having to redo and fill in cutouts for hinges. The gaps in the trim boards around the doors where enormous. I had to call in the project manager and have him redo them, as you will see in the videos I have attached. The trim was not secured properly they were trying to fill gaps in with Silicone and paint. The doors did not close properly, the drawers in the cabinets had to be redone because they would not close. I had to research and find the correct stain for my baseboards because they couldn’t figure it out. When installing baseboards they just placed them against the wall and nailed them, leaving gaps due to the length of the board which was to long. I had them redo those also. When you talk to the project manager he makes nothing but excuses and continued to try and make it my fault ( the customer) All I wanted was for it to be done right. You see the commercials for Serve Pro and it says “LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED” what a joke. When I try to work with them they just took advantage of my kindness and delayed the job for a month before I finally had enough and fired the crew and got someone else in there to complete the job. The new construction company finished it in 4 days. I was waiting for Serve Pro to complete it for over a month. The Serve Pro office staff could just tell me they won’t negotiate and there is nothing they can do. So once again DO NOT HIRE ANY SERVE PRO COMPANY unless you want nothing but headaches throughout your project.
