Nelson is the best. We were struggling getting help on a brand new hot tub/spa we purchased that when hooked up never powered in. Not too many people service our area. He went out of his way to squeeze us in and travelled far on a Saturday!!! He was very professional and knowledgable. We had the part suspected to be the problem shipped to my house the day before. He arrived and had our brand new hot tub running in very little time. I strongly recommend Nelson. Thank you for helping us out!

After contacting various pool services, Mr. Mercado provided same day response and an estimate of how much it would cost us to restore our pool. Probably the most important aspect for us was his professionalism and politeness. Being polite goes long ways and his professionalism was a breath of fresh air.

Although Benz Pools Biz quoted me for initial service, he was adamant in providing non negotiable yearlong $100 per week service. I tried to schedule a bi-weekly service and he ghosted me. Erik's Pool & Spa services individual was rude, wouldn't provide a rough estimate, and/or commit to a date/time to schedule a visit.

Mr. Mercado made time to diagnose my pool, with pictures I sent him. He showed up on time and was great to talk to. He walked me through his process and provided me with the bi-weekly service I was interested in with a very reasonable rate. Mr. Mercado was also able to repair my pool sweeper device and unclog the skimmer suction that had been ignored for some time by previous home owner.

My pool went from green to blue and I am completely satisfied with Hydratechs Pool and Spa services. Can't wait to take a swim soon! Strong recommend!

I got a LEMON sent from MasterSpas. Tens of thousands of dollars and it took two months for them to help me.

Fortunately, that help came in the form of Nelson at Hydratech. He was so quick to come out even tho we're in San Jose, about an hour from his home base. He actually came same day. What a gem. He is pleasant and professional and replaced our heater. It was actually part of the problem, but his checking over the entire setup helped us to pinpoint the issue, so his work was essential and I finally have a working pool!

I have had two occasions to work with hydratech for repairs to my Master Spa. Both times the service was fast, efficient, and above expectations with returning calls or better yet, answering incoming calls. I highly recommend Nelson and his business!

Nelson came out of his way later on a very busy day for him to help us with a brand new tub that’s been having repeat failures of the touch screen, leaving it dead and/or unusable to us multiple times. This was his third repair trip to us in less then a couple of months.
This time the tub manufacturer sent a big box of parts to replace many things besides just the screen. He communicated same day when he’d arrive plus handled replacing these multiple parts, in a timely and professional manner. He went above and beyond, even following back up with me via text to set up this third appt today, in an effort to make sure to work us into his very busy schedule!
