Before I reached out to Nelson(hydratech), I had reached out to a different hot tub and spa repair; I had a terrible experience. I then found Nelson and I was very pleased on how quick to respond he was. He was very profesional, knowledgeable and reasonable. He was quick to find the issue and got our hot tub running great again. Definitely recommend Nelson(hydratech). Should have been my first call. I am a happy customer and got the number saved. Contacted Hydro because my spa was slowly leaking water. Anthony came out the next day, made a thorough and detailed diagnosis, provided me options and got the repairs done on the spot. Excellent service, polite and knowledgeable and a reasonable cost!

I would give Anthony and Nelson 10 stars if I could. They have been servicing our pool for 3 years now and our pool has never looked better. This past holiday weekend, we were having trouble with our pool heater and Anthony was out every day the entire 3 day weekend to make sure the heater was fixed and running properly. They are ALWAYS prompt, attentive and professional to our needs/requests. Highly recommend Hydrotech Pool and spa. The BEST.

Nelson came out the day we called and found out what was wrong with our hot tub. He got the replacement pump and installed it within the week. He also gave us a good price and even contact us the next day to make sure everything was working!

Nelson did a great job plus helped with advice and non-warranty items as well. No charges! Good work. Highly recommend.

Nelson arrived on time and diagnosed the problem - a wrong filter was causing problem (beware of knock-offs on Amazon that indicate it is the right part number for your spa but isn't). Nelson explained the issue and also noticed a part that needed replaced every 3-5 years (the ozonator) which I didn't even know about or that it needed replacing....it's been 6 years since I bought the spa. He ordered the part right away and came to install it as soon as the part came in. Great service and resolution. I recommend this company for their commitment to service and professionalism.

Nelson is very knowledgeable about all aspects of pool and spa equipment. He identified and fixed my faulty wiring within minutes of seeing the problem. In the past he installed a new pool filter for me. He is completely dependable, knowledgeable and kind. Hydratech is my go to company for any pool or spa related issues.

I highly recommend Hydrotech spa services. Nelson is professional, efficient, respectful and polite. If you have a hot tub, you will be very happy with the work provided. They are thorough, tech savvy and knowledgeable. Also very fairly priced compared to other services in the area.

I got a quote for a pump replacement from another local shop and it was thousands more and was going to take a couple weeks. Nelson at Hydratech was able to get the pump and install it within a week and at a very reasonable price.

What a nightmare! Substandard material with low standard work. But talking to new guy in chatge named Moses. He says he will make good on all. We'll see but I will check back in to let anyone who cares know.

Wasson's is one of the finest companies I've ever done business with. When we bought our condo, and turned the heat on, all kinds of fuzzy things began to blow all over the place, forcing us to turn the heat off on a chilly night.

Next day, we called Wasson's, recommended by a local heating & A/C company we found online but who didn't perform the services we required. We called Wasson's and explained what had happened. Luis came right over, quoted a fair price, and cleaned all the junk out of the ducts, not just the ones you see, but up and into the duct centers. Their clean-up was meticulous.

Supervisor's name is also Luis, and he was there. They were kind, considerate, knowledgeable, experienced, and made us feel secure. It was a real pleasure, and we've used them again, as recently as last week. Same fabulous service.

“Time & Space Window Cleaning” excellent service. Showed up on time; and fully prepared. Did an excellent job cleaning my windows; and went above and beyond! In addition, to my request, Marcos also cleaned my sky light windows, and did not charge me for the additional cleaning. He’s a very nice man. Professional and kind. Highly recommend!

Marcos does great work. He arrived early, worked all day, and was very personable and agreeable. Even my dog liked him! I can’t recommend him highly enough for your window and power washing needs.

Marcos has done an outstanding job cleaning our windows and screens over the past two years. In fact he does such a great job and so reasonably priced that I have him come quarterly. We have a multistory home with vaulted ceilings and large bay windows and multistory decks so there is a lot of ladder work inside an outside. He even fixed a screen that was coming loose. He is reliable, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Marcos. I have used other window cleaning services and he is the absolute best!
