Had three 8x10 metal storage sheds in back corner of lot with plywood floors that crew tore down, loaded in truck and completely cleaned up in less than two hours. Very satisfied, $848 well spent.

Terrible experience. I booked about a week in advance and only for a simple sofa removal. I booked the day before my new sofa was scheduled to arrive. About 20 minutes after my signed 2-hour window and two different attempts to reach the driver by the company, the driver finally called to tell me that he forgot to contact me to say that a big job meant he had to cancel all other appointments. This left me totally in the lurch. Furthermore, text message customer service was curt and unresponsive. I even asked about where to lodge this feedback that wasn't public because the website gives you nothing, and they didn't bother to answer. So, here I am. Go with 1-800-got-junk. It's cheaper and more reliable. That company saved my ass, and though they were delayed by 30 minutes due to another job, at least they came same day and communicated with me regularly to keep me in the loop.

The men of Junk King Monterey came and gave me an estimate of the materials I needed removed. They walked the property with me and were more than accommodating. They even were generous to allow me to change the date for their arrival as I needed to be out of town on the original date we set. They arrived on time, called 30 min before arrival and were quick, efficient, respectful, accommodating, price was excellent for the value. They were friendly and punctual. I'll be hiring them again for the next stage of our yard clearing! Very Kind and friendly! and STRONG! Thank you once again!

My window was 8-10 and they called a little after 8 and advised 40-45 minutes. Showed up accordingly. Scoped out what I needed and settled on a price based upon volume. Charlie and team fast and friendly.

Scheduling was easy and convenient. I did it by telephone. The crew had a difficult hauling job thrown into their schedule, and Charlie did call to say so the morning of the job. We rescheduled for later the same day. The 3 guys and 2 trucks showed up on time after calling to give me an ETA. I really like this company - their service, their fair prices and the friendly crew members. Thanks. I will call again if I need hauling again!
