The service Man Gino arrived on time he was very professional very knowledgeable, answered all the questions that was asked of him got right to work found the problem fixed it in short time couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. One thing that I didn’t like about Bell Brothers was when I called to set an appointment. I talked to a non-Human AI that gave me an appointment for the next afternoon. I wanted an appointment for the same day afternoon if possible. Said that only in the next day was available. Within an hour, I was called by Kristen from Bell Brothers and told me that I could have a technician out there that afternoon. It makes some a lot better sense to talk to somebody that is a real person then talk to a machine that’s my opinion but I it seems like this is happening more and more.

Trevor the technician was great, HOWEVER they were SOOO EXPENSIVE!! $99 just to tell me what was wrong, which seems pretty standard, but the fix was OUTRAGEOUS! It was just a pressure switch. The part is only $30. They wanted $857! That is completely unreasonable. As professional and polite as Trevor was, there was no way I was paying that much. I simply couldn't. I found a small company (Bryant Heating and Air) and they charged me $250 for the same fix. I definitely do NOT recommend Bell Bros.

We highly recommend and appreciate Eric Nordhoff from Bell Brothers. He was professional and thorough at assisting us with our electrical problem. He gave us information without making us feel pressured. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Arrived same day, was very professional and thorough. Explained everything very well. My heater is over 30 years old and needs replaced but looks like it will be more economical and sensible

We’ve been using Bell Brothers for our heating and air services since we moved in our house almost 15 years ago. They have always been friendly and knowledgeable. Gino, today came for our bi annual hvac service and went above and beyond with his friendliness and explanation of services provided. We have never been anything by impressed with our experiences with Bell
Brothers.

Very professional. Kind, he did is job very well. Informational about the test he did on the furnace with pictures and notes to show us after he did the test. The best service tech we have ever had. I would recommend Gino to all my friends and family. Very nice man

Marvin was very knowledgeable and took care of everything promptly and diligently. We had some good conversation during the diagnosis process. Glad to have a personable and very respectful technician in my home.

He took care of some last minute things I brought up about our furnace /AC systems and at the end, was very clear about the diagnostic results and maintenance plans.

Highly recommend this technician - we've always been happy with our Bell Brothers technicians and services.

Eduardo was amazing! We've had other inspectors come and look at the house before but he was so much more attentive to detail and explained everything so well. He found things like the location of the homes original water shut off valve and what amount of our pipes were copper vs galvanized that weren't even in our home inspection report.

He was so polite and courteous. Explained everything he was doing or did.
I would like to have him back as our technician for all issues and checkups.
Its hard to find someone you trust. He is truly an asset to your company. He should be considered for a pay increase.

He explained the issues he found and solutions he recommended in a way that was accessible to people not in the industry. He showed me illustrations and photographic examples of the issues people might encounter based on a variety of factors. He made recommendations for next steps and coordinated a senior tech visit for a same-day appointment. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

Michael F. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond . Offered us a good deal on the repair of safety expansion tank and fixed toilet as well. Worked quickly and diligently. Professional service provided. Will definitely be calling bell bros next time we need you.

I had an excellent experience with Bell Bros thanks to Nicholas K, who came out to service my HVAC system. He encountered several unexpected challenges, and the job ended up taking the entire day due to extensive thawing and repair needs. Despite that, Nicholas remained incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process.

He was so knowledgeable and thorough that I specifically requested him for a follow-up service — and once again, he did a phenomenal job. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running perfectly before he left.

Nicholas from Bell Brothers came out to inspect our newly built home and address some concerns we had about our HVAC system and overall airflow.

Sebastian, the tech, was a sweetheart!!! Polite, respectful, communicative and the first to convince me I needed an air purifier on the unit! Plus he went out of his way to get me a discount! He is the most respectful young person I have meant in a long time! Thank you Sebastian!! We would do well with more young people like this!!

Bell Brothers came out to do some electrical and plumbing work in my home. I conveniently booked an appointment online for each job. For the electric work, Juan was my technician. He was on-time, knowledgeable, and was able to solve and troubleshoot my electrical issues immediately.

For plumbing, Michael F. was my technician. He was also knowledgeable and efficient in troubleshooting my plumbing issue. He also pointed out an area that was problematic that I did not know about. He made a recommendation and went over all of my options. I decided to move forward, and the work would include replacing my hot water heater.

Mark was the technician who installed the hot water heater. He was also knowledgeable and efficient. All three techs had excellent customer service and made sure to communicate every step of the way, answering all questions that I had.

I will be using Bell Brothers in the future for more work! I highly recommend them!

Juan D Showed Up ready for the job. First off he ask us what we need him to do then he explained the process steps he was taking to do the job. As it turned out there was more to it than we thought but Juan told us not to worry. He went out and picked up the extra parts we need but didn’t add any extra cost to our bill! When does that ever happen. He was fantastic. Everything is working great thanks to him. I would definitely recommend him. It can be stressful to find a trustworthy company. We are so fortunate to have found Bell Brothers and plan to continue being one of there loyal customers.

I give the technician 5 stars. He was very helpful and professional. However the cost was much too expensive. The cost of the water system was almost double compared to the same system sold by a different company. Also the water heater was 4x the cost of most water heaters. It is as though your company takes advantage of older women. You appear to be a good company. However consider changing your company policy to treat every potential customer fairly. Building up a business is by fair practices and recommendations by happy customers.

Aaron was great! He came timely, and worked efficiently, and got us back up and running. His knowledge of the situation was excellent. After months of washing dishes by hand, I believe we are back on track! (Plus Aaron is a Dodgers fan...AWESOME!)
