Jayson was a God send! He was working on a neighbor’s house across the street and we totally bombarded him TWICE! The first occasion was around Christmas time when we were putting up lights and had a shortage he walked over and helped us figure it out at no cost. Today, we asked him about the stair lights as he was leaving our neighbors house and without hesitation he came over and began checking wires and such all over. He never made us feel like he was in a rush or that we needed to have the appointment. He took his time and I’m sure it was the last thing he wanted to do at the end of his day, but he did it and he was happy to help. I immediately came to leave a review and I now see why they have 5 stars all across!!! We definitely recommend Jason and will be forever customers because of him. THANK YOU SO MUCH JAYSON!!! You were so sweet to take time out of your evening to try to figure out our weird wiring, we are so grateful!

Called Shoreline Electric based on positive reviews. I spoke to Jason. He was professional and friendly. Tried other companies and they didn't think having your cars locked behind an electric gate that won't open wasn't an urgent matter. They said we would have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment!
Jason solved the problem quickly and was very informative on electrical issues. He gave us a break on the price and helped us out with our problem. We won't call anyone else! Thank-you Jason

After a heavy rain the electricity went out to my electric gate and
lights at the entrance to my house.

I called Shoreline Electric to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Jason. Instead of scheduling an appointment Jason attempted to troubleshoot the problem over the phone with me in-order to avoid an unnecessary trip and expense.

After following Jason's instructions I was unable to resolve the problem so I called him back to schedule an appointment.

He offered to come out the same day but it was late and not urgent so we scheduled an appointment for the next day with a two hour window.

Jason arrived within the 2 hour window as promised and restored the
electricity to the gate/lights in only a few minutes. Wow!

He is very friendly and helpful and his fees are very reasonable. After fixing the problem he also pointed out a potential future problem with the gate setup and informed us of the cost to fix it if we decide to do it later.

He made it very clear that it was not urgent and can be done at any time. We are very happy with Jason's service and will use him again for all of our electrical needs:)

Jason to the rescue at Shoreline Electric. My lights in the house were flashing off and on and no power in the garage so Jason was here immediately on my frantic emergency call. He troubleshooted the problem and I needed a new tower panel which included complete new parts, permits, Southern California electric and City inspectors to come out and Jason was going to take care of all of this scheduling and get my electric restored. He told me it could take several weeks due to the city schedules. I feel Jason put me first gave me excellent customer service he assured me it would be done by the end of the week. Spot on with his word, his commitment to Quality, great communication, on time, very respectful, and my dog loved him. He will always be my number one phone call for an emergency. I highly recommend Jason and his crew.

Jason just completed the second small job for us in the past few years. He is skilled, professional, fair-priced, and an all-around genuine person! I highly recommend him and will use him again!

We had a great experience with Shoreline Electric, he was punctual, professional, and did a clean job. We had a bathroom fan that needed to be replaced and a light switch that was shocking us occasionally when turning the light on. Shoreline was able to diagnose n repair the issues right away. We will definitely use them again for any future electrical work.

Saw Jayson recommended on a Facebook post. Sent him some pictures and he gave me a quote. Came the NEXT day took 30 min and installed an electrical outlet in the garage for my new Tesla. Thank you for good pricing, quality, on time and job well done.

Jason is our electrician for LIFE! Found him 3 years ago when he came to repair an indoor outlet and an outdoor outlet for our home that kept popping when I put up my Christmas lights were on, my husband love his honesty , reliability and that he was licensed. I LOVED HIS WORK SiNCE MY CHRISTMAS BREAKER does not pop anymore.

We have used his service to upgrade panels , install outdoor light boxes and power . He performs the job himself so I love that even though he is requested frequently he remains a humble man. Thanks Jason as you know we will be using your services again in the near future.

Jayson at shoreline electric showed up to my house and installed a large ceiling fan, a 50amp outlet for my welder, mounted and installed a flat screen TV in my garage, and installed some LED work lights. He was personable and super fast. I recommend his services to anyone.

I bought a new dryer and it didn't turn on. Called Jayson and he came out the next day and replaced the fuse. Communication was great, service was quick and efficient. I have used Shoreline before and will call them again when I have any electrical problem.

Perfectionist

EXCELLENT service, installed 5 lights and switches . Kevin was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Left my home sparkling clean. Will use again for kitchen and bath lighting.

We've had three wire install a chandelier in a high ceiling and do some other electrical installation/repair at our home. The repairmen are always professional, arrive on time, and do an outstanding job at a reasonable price. We highly recommend three wire!

I wish I could give this even less than one star!

My experience with Three Wire Electric can best be summed up as the Perfect Storm of everything wrong happening. There is just so much that the easiest way is to just bullet point it. I would NEVER EVER recommend them or their work. And their follow through on calling to provide updates was completely non-existent.

Here is the list of what went wrong:
- Their electrician was on the way to the house on a Friday. The owner, Dustin, called me to say he was on the way. I explained all of the things that needed to be done in detail. The electrician showed up at the house and didn't even start the work as there was so much to do.
- Three Way NEVER called to say the work wasn't done. Oh, let me add that this is a rental house and I live 400 miles away so I had no way of knowing it wasn't done.
- The following Tuesday, I was apparently on the schedule (no call to say the work was going to be done). No one showed up. No one called to say they didn't do the work, which, since I didn't know they were scheduled, didn't hit my radar.
- The electrician came on the next Friday, one week later. He was able to get about half of the work done, but since there was so much work, they needed to reschedule and come back out again. Frankly, this is when I lost it. The electrician was already THERE. He should have known how much time it would take and should have been scheduled accordingly. NOPE.
- Gina, the scheduler, called me to say they wouldn't be back out until Tuesday (which is 2 weeks from the first day we contacted them to come out). This was not acceptable as wires were sticking out everywhere and we had an Open House Scheduled on Sunday. Dustin, the owner called and said he tried calling every electrician he knew but couldn't get someone to come on Saturday (the day before the Open House).
- We got off the phone with him and called around and got an electrician to come on Saturday to fix the issues... and we live 400 miles away... and are not in the business!!

Don't use these guys unless you want someone that you can't count on and that doesn't communicate. This was truly the worst service provider experience I have ever had. Ever.

We have used Three Wire Electric many times for projects around our home. Mike & Eric have installed an exterior transformer box for the landscape lighting system (they installed & wired all the spotlights too), installed dimmer switches throughout the home, installed ceiling fans in every room, and installed coach lamps in the front of the house. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, reliable and explain all the work they do. I never feel ripped off and the technicians are very clean and professional. Three Wire Electric has exceeded our expectations every time we have called for an appointment. Highly recommended.

One of the best electrical service companies, in turns of customer service and professionalism! Technician Tom was feeling under~the~weather the day he came to my home to do an install.
