We had RB Electrical install lights on the sides of our garage on the front of our home. Tom arrived on time and the finished work looks great! I appreciated the reminder emails and a text with a picture of who was coming to do our install. I will be using them for all our future electrical needs.

I needed a quote for some electrical work that included ceiling fan installation, outlet replacement, and light switch fixture repair. I used RB Electrical Service 3 or 4 times over the last four years for various projects so I wanted to have them perform the work. They are always quick to communicate, are professional, and do quality work.

I sent the number that I had for RB a text about the work / availability. Brian responded within 24 hours and was able to provide me a quote for the work and some date options. Could not be happier with my experience from getting an estimate, to scheduling and to having the actual work done. Everything was well done, with reasonable prices and truly a great experience. I am always hesitant to call anybody out to the house for anything because of the poor customer service that is typical these days. Made a call and an appointment was made on a date and time we were available. We have used RB Electrical Service before, and again we were not disappointed. It was a smaller job, but we were treated as we would be having a big job done. Everything was done well and quickly. All of our questions were answered and some of what we wanted done once the problem we thought we had was just safety on a outside plug and not a broken plug. this save us time and money. Will use RB Electrical again and recommend them to anyone that needs electrical help.

I had installed recessed lights in 3 areas of my house and needed power run to each switch. For one thing, the communication was great. Tom arrived on time, went above and beyond to make the project seamless and even corrected a few connections i had done myself. Very knowledgeable, easy to work with and fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
