Tony and Mike were very professional and friendly while cleaning my carpets and stairs. Also, while they were here I had them clean my tile and grout. Eveything is Eco Friendly and Green Seal Certified, Non-Toxic, Biodegradable. No harsh cleaning chemicals and safe for family and pets. This is unlike any other company I have ever used in the past. I love the fact they hand scrubbed the grout with a brush and non-toxic solution. Try to book yours before the holidays. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called for a clogged toilet. Tony showed up with a small snake. Did a mickey mouse job that lasted 10 minutes and charged me $150. That would've been fine if it lasted. He gave me a 30 day warranty. I called back the next day for the same problem. He said he will send someone but no one came. I called the following day and he said he will come himself, but never came. Worst service and lies about showing up. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Tony called and apologized for the incident and came that night and fixed the problem. All good.

Tony did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets, the same day! Our senior dog was left with a sitter who did not let him out as he needed and lets just say it was the absolutely worst mess I have ever seen in my life. Tony got our carpets looking better then they have in quite some time!

I don't like to give bad reviews, look at my reviews and you'll see. But...11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. arrival time given -> actual arrival time after 2:30 p.m.
Quoted over the phone $180 to $200 estimate -> $370 onsite price. We literally moved everything that we needed to move and there was two couches to move and we were even going to be moving those two so the guy didn't have to do any moving of furniture or any items everything was ready to go. The carpet cleaning technician that showed up had some type of attitude going on and wanted to argue about the quote -> at that point I just wanted them to do the $200 worth of work whatever they could do and I went out to Lowe's and bought me the best carpet cleaner I could find to do my other rooms. I spoke to the owner or manager of MVP, which told me that they would make it right. Not sure exactly what that means but nothing changed they did the $200 worth of work, nor did they even offer to negotiate on the price a little bit. Last year I had the whole house cleaned furniture moved and all my tile cleaned and grout cleaned for $500 bucks. I probably would have went ahead and had them do all the work for the $370 but the guy's attitude just set me off and I just wanted them gone asap. I would have called the carpet cleaners that did my house last year but I couldn't find their business card and I don't remember the name. So if you had a good experience with MVP that's great I'm sure they do a good job most of the time but in my case it was a bad moon.

I really don’t like to do a negative review on any business, but this one to serve it due to poor customer service and attitude. I read on the reviews before that a few people said that they change the prices once they got to their home but wanted to trust and support small businesses so I gave this a chance ; my appointment was for Wednesday when the young guy arrived and he asked to see the couches that we’re going to be cleaned He said the he wasn’t going to do them for the amount they quoted me over the phone and I asked why and he said that’s not what we usually charge he said I can charge you 75$ per sofa I said I need to talk to Tony I believe he’s the owner and he quoted me $200 so I called the owner and I said he’s not respecting the prize that you gave me over the phone Tony just told me he was going to talk to him so I guess he called him on his cell phone not sure but the kid said I cannot do it for $200 and I said well the owner is OK with that amount and he said I don’t care if the owner said that I’m still not doing for that price so that point he was being rude and I asked him to leave myhouse.

MVP cleaning Restoration company was hire to clean carpet in my house, I had a great experience with pricing and time management excellent in all areas Eddie was my carpet cleaner 10 being the best for the job he did , very professional pleasant from start to finish, I will definitely use their services again, and recommend them to family and friends 👍🏾

I had Tony come and give me a bid as I had a water leak underneath the sink and the plumbers referred me to a restoration company. The first company that I called and came out said that I have major water damage and I need to demolish the kitchen, redo the floors and don’t worry about paying that everything will be taken care of through your insurance company. We were in shock so we started getting estimates. we called Tony MVP and he used his gadgets and machinery and told us no sir you have no water damage. They tried to scam you. Everything‘s fine in your house. It was a little small leak and everything‘s fine. I thank Tony for his honesty and I will be using Tony again for a crisis or a handyman needs.. it is very hard to find honest, respectful and moral companies. I standby what I just wrote and Tony is a great man. There are some people that will take advantage of senior citizens.. Tony also does plumbing granite countertops and flooring…
