MVP Services did a great job at cleaning our couch! They were punctual and efficient. Water stains I could not get out, are gone! Very happy with their services. My daughter and I had a snack and watched them clean our couch, it was quite entertaining for her. Technology they use helps dry the couch in a couple of hours, can’t wait to watch a movie in our clean couch tonight. Will be using them again! Thank you Tony!

Use a credit card because when you bust them for not doing something he will not refund your money but your credit card company will. Not honoring their warrany...the credit card company will also credit you for that. P.S. Ask what 'deep cleaning' actually is before paying for that service and then make sure he does that step. Also, I should have vacuumed before he arrived because he didn't. Carpet stretching should only have to done once if done correctly. If you see little ripples after the carpet stretching it was done incorrectly and it needs to redone.

I had MVP clean my carpets my carpets look brand new I am so impressed and Neal was the best person ever he told us tipster how to keep it clean and that’s really important. Also Miguel did some tile work in a bathroom in our bathroom and it looks just exactly how it should the job wasn’t done and right in the first place and he did a fabulous job I cannot say enough about MVP if you ever need anyone that’s really professional and treat you like you matter I highly suggest MVP is your next cleaning job thks Tony

I had MVP Services to clean multiple carpets and area rugs within my home. He did a great job. I highly recommend MVP Services and Eddie as your carpet cleaner. You won't be disappointed.

Although our experience didn't start off right , the owner, Tony, called within a few minutes of my initial review and offered to do the work himself. True to his word, he and his associate showed up to do the work. The work was done efficiently and tidy. Grout looks good as new!

Scheduling snafu's occur so that may be something to address. As far as the work on the grout cleaning, well, that was wonderful! Thank you for making it right and discounting the price due to the scheduling faux pax.

Eddie came by this morning to shampoo/steam clean our living room, stairs, large sofa and area rug. He was very friendly and accommodating with my kiddos running around. He was professional and did a good job, he happily went over a few spots that needed extra attention. Price was reasonable and I would recommend them to others.

Unsafe Driver cut me off and then suddenly braked causing an unsafe condition. Maybe to be called “MVP” the driver should consider the other driver’s safety when running around town.

I had my Carpet stretched and deep cleaned by Tony. He did an awesome job. He really made my carpet look as if it was new again.

Came back home to my dog tearing up the carpet for the stairs, needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Called MVP Services, and they were extremely friendly/professional. They were able to come same day and fix the issue. Price was also really great for the service. I would highly recommend MVP Services, and look forward to working with them on future house renovations!

Tony gave me a quote on re stretching my buckling carpet right after contacting him. He was available to come out within the week, based on my schedule. He stretched my carpet out until I was happy with the results, and even left me with several other quotes for the future. I will be calling them for future services.

Eddie came out to clean our carpet and I must say, when they say"we need to call in a professional"-Eddie is definitely someone to call for the job. I couldn't give a better review for the work that he did Thank you. This is our second time calling them in and they have done a fantastic job each time.

This business is totally unprofessional and unresponsive. I had a two year warranty called and setup 7 appointments to fix the work no Call and did not show up to honor the warranty and fix their mistakes. See photos.

I contacted them to clean my carpet and my sofa which I stained it trying to clean it. Didn’t have high hopes for it, but was surprised to see the result!
My carpet is clean as new, my sofa is much better looking and my ottoman is finally being used.
Reasonable priced, they were fast and efficient and delivered way more than expected! Will be contacting them for more services for sure ! Highly recommended!
