Amazing Cleaning Crew!! We needed a move in thorough cleaning to our house- The ladies were all so sweet, on time and did an amazing job cleaning the house. You can tell they’re hard workers and know what they’re doing. Overall 5 stars and will def. be using their service again. Highly recommend!

All I can seem to say is Wooooow! Over and over again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our home is cleaner than I have ever seen it before. It is literal miracle work. I wish I took before photos so you can see for yourselves. Our standard of clean is very high because we run luxury rentals and they have surpassed that standard in a way I never thought possible. Our place was vacant and empty from a move out. Which you can imagine the long term build up or hard to reach areas. They have everything better than it was before. I dare say like it was newly built! Prices are unmatched for the work they do. I called around and they were the most reasonable. They were very perfessional, timely, thorough, and easy to schedule. Customer service was top tier! The schedule a walk through to solidify the estimate, so you know what you are paying ahead of time. HIRE THEM...YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!

For me the clean was absolutely a 5/5. Very fair priced for what you get, house was very thoroughly cleaned for our move out clean all the way down to the garage.

Customer service for me was a 2/5. I did encounter a few issues, they put a hole in the wall in our bedroom when the doorstop failed to catch the door. There was a bucket of water that was spilled upstairs on the carpet (which she did notify me of but there was nothing to suction it up so I had to go back and steam that area later), and a couple items were taken from the property. I addressed this with the owner and they were returned 2 days later and I appreciated the honesty and I acknowledge they thought the property was vacant and that's why they took it but for me these things were a bit of a let down. I would have appreciated more than a "sorry about that."

I have feel better made service do all our remodel, clean outs, construction, clean outs, and basic cleanings. This place is the best Camilo make sure he gets all the information in order to properly quote my request. From full on dust outs to basic cleaning this is the best company to work with.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We use them consistently for all our move outs and move ins. Our clients always call us and tell us how amazing their house looks after they clean. I originally planned to complete my paver project myself, but due to time constraints, I decided to hire Miguel and his team—and I’m glad I did. Their professionalism and quality of work were exceptional. The paver installation was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the final result exceeded my expectations. Desert Oak Landscape is my go-to for all outdoor upgrades! Miguel and his team completely transformed our yard from bare dirt into a lush, inviting space with beautiful turf, a custom patio, and perfectly placed stepping stones. Charise Simmons is very rude. She makes promises and doesn’t ever keep them. For the time I have worked with Scotts Landscaping it has been nothing but problems. I have patches in my front yard. I paid for them to put new seed on the patches. Instead of figuring out the sprinklers needed to be moved they put the seed on the patches and took my money.
Now I have patches again! When I asked why this keeps happening. She told me I needed to pay for the sprinklers to be moved and have the area reseeded. Why not tell me the first time so I wouldn’t have to pay for the same problem twice? When I brought this up her (Charise) she told me she couldn’t do anything and that I needed to pay again.

I even trusted them to lay sod on my whole backyard. Not 5 days after, I saw a huge patch. I have asked them numerous times to fix it since I paid over $3500 for my yard to look pristine. Patches are still there.
This is just the beginning!
Unfortunately I don’t have enough time or space to list out the numerous problems I have had with this company.
DO NOT USE THEM!!

I couldnt be happier with the level of service I have received from Scotts Landscaping. I have never had problems with them nor have I had broken promises in regards to work being done with my yard. I have had the usual wear and tear on my lawn cause I have dogs and kids but all these are things Scott told me would happen over time. All services were done in a timely manner at a very fair price. Again I am beyond pleased with the 2 and a half years we have done business together. Very honest, hard working people!

Initially we needed sprinkler repair service, for which they acted quickly and reasonably. We got the bill and paid it. A week or so later Scott came with a bill for additional sprinkler parts, small amount of money, so we paid it. We explained what we needed as far as weekly lawn service and were assured they would do what we needed and more, exceeding all expectations. Nothing that was promised was done, right down to the apparent inability to spray or pull weeds or do even the most basic of agreed upon maintenance. They send invoices for bills already paid and like many of the other reviewers have said, they attempt to overbill, miss weeks all together and just are down right either lazy or worse, dishonest. We put up with this far too long.

Our hope was to give a local business our business and promote them in our area and it was an a an awful experience.

I have heard from others that they have referred to some imaginary contract that all customers of Scott's sign, I knew I hadn't signed it and when pushed to produce it they could't do it as it didn't exist.

Our experience with Scott and Charise Simmons is all of the things the other reviewers have stated and unfortunately worse. I have heard Scott's Landscaping, more specifically Charise Simmons has threatened other reviewers and customers with legal action for their comments and just to set the record in advance, I have documented everything in our experiences and welcome any frivolous litigation they want to send this way.
