Shelby let me know their company standard up front, she was very professional and I admire her honesty. Eric was on time, explained what he was going to do. He took pics, showed me his whole inspection. The bottom of my fireplace was cracked. Eric informed me of the dangers. He suggested I do not use my fireplace due to possible fire hazzard. Eric and Shelby were wonderful to work with! Shelby called me back quickly and got me on the schedule. I felt very comfortable asking her questions. Eric came out to do an inspection and cleaning for me. He was early for my appointment, very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. I won't be using anyone but these guys in the future!

They did a burner conversion from log to glass in addition to a chimney inspection and chaise replacement. Very professional and thorough. They took pictures of everything which made it easier to know what was going on. Took measures to keep our house clean. I would definitely work with them again.

My wife and i purchased a home a year ago with a woodburning fireplace. These, as you know, are "illegal" to put into homes today in California... tradition, art, and character are lost in todays society of mass production and instant gratification. I often times refer to lightposts, but fireplaces also fall within this realm of discussion. Theyre traditional, theyre forms of art, and they provide an extensive amount of character and warmth (double entendre) into a home. I believe in preserving art and things that provide character. This is all the foundations of a culture... we knew nothing about fireplaces other than we wanted to preserve it. Eric Crankshaw is generationally trained. Tradition and character are not only things that describe his work, but his ethic. I can not recommend this gentleman and his company enough. He guarantees his work, and will do whatever it takes to satisfy you. As with times of character and honor in the past, he is his own worst critic and will be the last person satisfied ensuring a job well done. We see him once a year now for cleaning, but the refusbishing he and his team did is a marvel to behold. Its truly a shame we cant use the fireplace year round. There is no better company to trust with the soul of the home. Cheers!

Eric showed great knowledge of the fireplace from top to bottom. He used modern tools like cameras and a drone to get a full picture of my fireplace and chimney. He was able to give me a fair assessment of my fireplace. The fireplace was cleaned and put together. It is a night and day difference! Great service, very knowledgeable and cleaned a very dirty fireplace that’s surrounded with a white facade leaving no soot/marks. Very impressed.

He’s very thorough, complete with before and after photos he puts in a .pdf report/summary.

The best part is I had smoke coming into my house frequently and after the cleaning I don’t. Extremely happy about that.

Eric was great. Very professional and explained the whole process to us beforehand. We had some issues and he explained what would be needed to correct the concern to ensure the safe use of our fireplace. He provided a very detailed report and showed us how the process would look like when we fix the issues. Definitely recommend!!

this is a great company. As far as I’m concerned, they will be the only company that ever deal with cleaning my chimney. They were extremely thorough and I feel confident with the pictures and the videos that they took that I went to the right company. When I first researched different companies, I will admit this company cost a little more than everybody else, but it was well worth it he came with every tool he needed and provided me the video footage of going up the chimney and the pictures of everything. I will only use them from now on.

Very pleased with Advanced Chimmey. Eric explained the components of our gas fireplace, checked that all systems were working properly, tested our fireplace to ensure the problem was resolved. I highly recommend Advanced Chimney Cleaning. I had rain leaking down my chimney and had Eric come out for an inspection, he took his time and thoroughly inspected the chimney all parts looked fine, he found tree debris clogging drain holes in the drip pan, cleaned and corrected and hopefully we are ready for the next storm!. As a business owner it is nice to meet an honest and thorough service technician, as so many are not.
