Eric was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained in detail the condition of our fireplace and chimney. We were shown pictures of an issue which needed to be addressed so that we could see for ourselves what he was explaining. He and Shelby were both very friendly and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this business.

I had Advanced Chimney Cleaning inspect the fireplace and chimney in the home I just purchased. Eric spent a lot of time going through everything in detail and explained his findings clearly. He answered all my questions without rushing me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the fireplace turned out to be unsafe, but Eric walked me through several possible solutions. There was no pressure to commit to anything, just honest guidance. Shelby in the office was also great to work with and kept everything organized. Overall, a very professional and thorough experience.

As usual, his wife made a timely and convenient appointment, Eric arrived on time, and was professional throughout his visit. His was very thorough with the inspection, cleaning and final reporting, and thoughtful to include real-world comparisons. My furnace pluming was broken, I went to yelp and Revive was quick to respond. They were fast and quick to set up a consultation. I needed Revive out fast to the home and they were there the very next day. Devan was the technician that came to the job site. He found the plumbing from the furnace was never plumbed out through the roof. He shut the furnace down and assured me he could fix the problem. He walked me through the plan and was going to plumb all new pvc from the furnace out through the roof. Also the roof repair came with a one year warranty. The Revive team came and made a seamless repair and the work was done well. The Revive team is a family owned business who value customer satisfaction.
