Pools Etc & Freedom Pools provided great service for our gas heater. A relatively new heater quit working and they came out and repaired it under warranty. Smooth and no issues!

We had a cracked booster pump and the company who did our pool put us in touch with Pools Etc. to come out to fix the issue. The person came out during the time window the company emailed in advance and was able to repair the problem. He also checked our panel setting and made some suggestions on how we can optimize our pool by changing some setting which we really appreciate. The person was very professional and efficient and we are happy with them.

The whole process was seamless. Alen H was knowledgeable, professional & a pleasure to work with. He throughly explained everything he did.

Alen was great and got my clogged water lines cleaned and repaired the leaking valves very quickly. I ‘m very happy with the service.

He’s incredibly responsive and consistently goes above and beyond—even taking the time to help us after hours or on weekends when issues come up unexpectedly. Whether it’s over the phone or in person, his deep knowledge and professionalism make a big difference. Russell is clearly an expert in his field, and he’s the main reason we feel confident and satisfied with the service we receive from Pools Etc.

Recently, Pools, Etc. became associated with my favorite pool repair service, Freedom Pools. I'm pleased to say that the level of service and responsiveness has not diminished one bit. In fact, Drew and Alen still provide excellent customer service.

I was able to reach out via email to explain my problem. I provided some photos and descriptions and Drew gave me some suggestions on how to further troubleshoot. In the end, I needed to schedule an appointment which was very easy. Alen came out with all of the necessary parts and was able to quickly verify the issue and make the repair. He also spent time going over the other operations of my pool to make sure it was functioning properly and all the settings were just right. He gave me suggestions on how to continue pool maintenance in a way that would not only save money, but preserve the longevity of my pool equipment.

I'm glad that I'm able to rely on Freedom Pools legacy of customer service under the new umbrella organization.

Recently we had Pool Etc come to our home twice. Once for an estimate on some repairs and monthly service and then for an actual service visit for our heater and spa. They sent Alfredo who was not only very knowledgeable but very helpful and friendly! He made some repairs and other suggestions that were extremely helpful. Well, needless to say we will be using them for our monthly service and any or all future repairs on our pool and equipment. The receptionist that took my calls was also extremely helpful and was very patient when I was explaining our concerns. Great job on Pool Etc. for providing excellent customer service and sending out a tech who was prompt and fixed our problems with the pool. A++

Pools Etc was super responsive to the emergency fix I needed for our pool equipment. They repaired with just a few days and our system is back up and running great!

Russell was great! He showed up on time, explained what was wrong with my salt cell generator and fixed it, then still spent time to show me the best way to optimize it’s usage with my type of pump and how to clean the salt cell. Will definitely be calling them again if we have any future issues.

Jose 1 serviced my pool today after a resurfacing job. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job adjusting the chemicals, cleaning the filters, checking all valves and programmings. I am very happy with his work.

Ismael is here every week, is polite and helpful, every bit the professional! Pools Etc provides filter cleaning several times a year and assistance with larger projects when needs arise. Communication is fast and easy as is billing. I appreciate their service and highly recommend them!

As a long-standing commercial customer of Freedom Pool Service, we've become accustomed to receiving fast responses to service requests for our interior fountain water feature. Furthermore, as a construction subcontractor ourselves, we hold high standards for vendor consistency, reliability, and integrity. To our satisfaction, under the new ownership of Pools Etc., we are continuing to enjoy the same relationship. The preappointment scheduling communications and messaging alerts before the technician's arrival were very effective. Once on-site, the dispatched tech, Alex, performed the repairs to our automation system quickly and seamlessly, while also addressing all our questions and concerns. The follow-up invoicing and closeout were very thorough and included images of the addressed issue for our records. Pools Etc. produced the stellar work we've come to count on.

UPDATE: MARCH 2023

Our solar panels almost blew off our roof so we called Pools ETC and they said they were swamped with the same calls from all over which is certainly understandable and promptly showed up the next day and did such a fantastic job that yesterday in 60 miles an hour winds our panels didn't move again. We have home security video of them hard work on our roof. Very impressed once again.

I put up a 5☆ positive review about Pools Etc a few years ago right around the same time as the lady with the apartment building and my review is missing.

We've been using Pools Etc for at least over 15 years and probably far more. Anytime we telephoned them they have been responsive and courteous. When it comes time to turn on and off the solar each year they are out within 48 hours. They are also meticulous when inspecting our solar panels and those solar panels are now 40 years old and in excellent condition. When a tiny part connecting the pool sweep to the pool broke, they came out the same day!

So once again I will give pools etc a 5 star review and I hope this one stays up!

We are super happy with Pools etc. When we moved to new house after a few months of renovation delay, the pool needed serious cleanup. Joey and team fixed it. They also ripped off the old solar heater and installed an efficient heat pump. It has worked wonderful this summer. They also did quite a few regular maintenance with pool robot etc.

Apart from that, Alberto does an outstanding job every Wednesday of keeping the pool clean, healthy and operational. Kids love it. We love it. 5 stars for the team! Hire them if you can.

Had trouble after new pool remodel on the hardware. Contractor dropped the ball with all money I paid. I worked with Allan before, he rebuild my hardware and trouble shoot pre remodel. In two hours we found miss wiring, fix leaks, and programming hardware console. I was extremely impress and happy for my project to be complete. Allan solve my problem with an escalation mark of greatness. Always will have their number ready for help. Thank you!
