A Plus Cleaning did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them. They arrived on time, worked very hard for the entire 2 hours, got the apartment very clean, did several loads of laundry for my friend, and were great about communicating with me before the visit, while they were there, and afterwards. They don’t just do a great job cleaning, they also really care. The dryers at my friend’s apartment complex weren’t working very well. They went the extra mile to figure out how to get her clothes dry before they left. Anyone else would have just left piles of wet clothes (my friend can’t do laundry on her own because she is blind). But they stayed and got every dry for her. You don’t find a lot of really wonderful people like this out there, but it gives me hope to encounter them when i am least expecting it.

I have used their services for years. They are very professional and always do a great job in a very efficient way! Their team are super friendly, positive and I can feel that they are hardworking and enjoy their work and life. I highly recommend this team in the Bay Area and they will be a good partner to any family :)

Today was our second time using this cleaning service, and they did an extraordinary job again. The team is nice and genuine, professional, paying attention to details and cleaned them thoroughly, and very efficient etc. Now the house is sparkling clean and feels like a new place. We have had A Plus Cleaning for the past 11 years. Miguel is responsive and accommodating when we need his services. The staff is always friendly and once the staff has arrived they clean promptly. I recommend them whole heartedly. Miguel and his team are trustworthy to come to our home.

So I have pros and cons.
CONS: The ladies threw everything out, causing at least $300 worth of loss. They even threw out the shaving machine which is very confusing, along with VACUUM CLEANING SOLUTION?! Why would you throw that away? Looks like they choose the easy way out. I told them they could throw out everything in the kitchen but the rest of the apartment??? I am at a loss.

PROS: I had a very very dirty unit with pet and the team literally did very good cleaning everything. But I think they cleaned out a bit too much.

I have pretty high standards of cleanliness, and while A-Plus doesn’t always meet my cleanliness expectations, I am still appreciative for their assistance in saving me time and relieving me from the burden of cleaning by myself. They are a reliable source with decent pricing, and I continue to recommend them to anyone in need of regular cleanings.

They quoted us an hourly rate and a total estimate for a cleaning which we were okay with. The day of the scheduled cleaning they showed up over an hour late, and then it ended up taking less time than they estimated to clean but they somehow ended up charging us significantly more than the original quote.

I would look for a more honest and reliable cleaning service.

We had a great experience with A Plus cleaning, they were on time and very efficient. I was happy with the deep cleaning they did, like under the beds, window sills, and all the door handles and switch plates. I was especially happy with the kitchen, the cupboards and appliances (inside and out) were gleaming!
