Had issues with the ac blowing warm air and shutting off in 100+ degree weather! I called Zac on a Sunday in the evening to book an appointment for the next day but he squeezed me in last minute and promptly came to check what was going on. I'm so grateful for the service despite the time I called, especially during this heat! He kindly explained what was wrong and gave me a first time customer discount! I most definitely will continue using Zac's Air System's services in the future and strongly recommend them!

Exelent work and customer service, I called Zac for the firs time today in the morning, we arrange a 2 hours time frame and he came by on time, he also told me what the issue was with my furnace heater, and gave me an estimate to fix the problem, and i told him to fix it so it could solve the miss function on my furnace heater., and now my furnace heater is working out normally, I would strongly recommend him to service your AC or Heater problems.

I had another company come out and tell me I had to replace my AC unit. Zacs made time in their schedule, same day, to verify if it needed replacing and it did not! I was a simple part replacement. They literally saved me thousands of dollars! All the guys were friendly and honest and did a great job. I will call them for any future HVAC needs! Highly recommend.

I got home after a long day of work to find out my AC was not working. On a Sunday and after 7pm I was super bummed thinking no one would come out. I remembered seeing some positive posts about Zacs services online so I figured I'd give it a shot. I called the numbe and Zac literally came out, assessed the issue and fixed my AC all in under one hour. ZACS Air Systems is by far the best in town, with customer service being there first priority. They don't keep you in the "mist" but instead inform you of where you are and what you truly need. Had the best night sleep in 6 years and couldn't be happier!!! A+ business!!!

I highly recommend Zac’s Air Systems. Not only did he show up on time, but he scheduled an earlier time with me when he had an opening pop up. He did a full and very thorough service on my AC unit, which you could see by the photos it definitely needed. I was just expecting a before summer service but he found a few maintenance issues that if left unattended would become an issue in the future. He gave me the option to fix them now (if I wanted to) to avoid a future service call. I opted for him to make the repairs and I thought his price was more than fair! After he was done we went inside for a function test and it was pumping out cold air faster than ever! I don’t often write many reviews like this, but I felt like it is well deserved in this case. I will be using him every year. Very happy and highly recommend!

Zach and his technician were excellent completely responsive immediately efficient and got my two heaters working for my two homes within just a couple of hours of my first call. I’m super grateful and our whole family is nice and cozy now.

Zac provides honest professional service at a reasonable price. These guys are the best choice in town. I asked Zac to come out for a second opinion. Previously Blaine Heating and A/C had come but they were unclear about what would fix the heater, they wanted to replace part after part, and the cost kept rising. I’m glad I called Zac. He answered his own phone and came out immediately. He recommended a yearly service rather than replacing costly parts. My heater is working in one visit and I’m paying a fair price. Also gives Military discount 10/10

We got the best service with Zac’s. Technician Frank was awesome!! The best part is they are available on weekends. We had error codes coming up on our furnace.Frank did a very thorough job diagnosing.If you need efficient fast HVAC work call them. You won’t be disappointed!! I recently had the pleasure of working with N & C Heating & Air after my business had a gas leak. Craig showed up and immediately got to work. He was efficient, professional, and explained the entire process at every point during his service call. I would highly recommend using them for any of your HVAC needs. From now on, they will be the only ones I’ll use for my business and home.

The techniciansshowed up on time ready to work. They were neat, Clean presentable and very professional they explained each process of the install so that I had a good understanding of how the unit worked. Also, they found a part that Showed signs of ware that were not in the Repair work order. Robert, the technician took the time to show me where it was at,and how to fix it if it began to not work Properly. He also informed me that it would give me issues down the road, but that it did not need to be fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend N.C ac to friends and family. I will not have anyone else work on my units. Thanks for the good work the honesty and integrity not to mention the respect for my home.

An A+ company. My air conditioner stopped. They came the next day. Thank goodness because it’s in the 90’s soon 100. The gentleman, Craig, was so kind and informative. He later told me he was the owner. He figured out the problem within minutes. He went above and beyond checking every thing out in my air conditioner. I will definitely be using them for my heating and air from now on. Thank you so very much Craig.
Update: Called and spoke to Brandy yesterday, who is always so kind and accommodating. She got me an appointment for today. New problem. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. 100 outside 90 in my house. Robert and Alex came. Two of the most kind and polite gentleman. Did test on the air conditioner. Knew what the problem was. Went in my attic and yes there was what they said was the problem. A leakage with the coils. Can’t be fixed, need a new air conditioner. But they did a temporary fix to give me cool air till the new one comes. Robert said he didn’t want to leave me with no air. I am so thankful for their thoughtfulness. N&C have the most professional caring employees. And high quality work. Like I said previously I will always use N&C Heating and Air for my services. Thank you so much Robert and Alex.
