Hello My name is Cruz, I normally don't take the time to post a review but I feel this company has gone above and beyond for me. I recently purchased a new complete A/C and Furnace system from Air Serv.
Due to certain circumstance I really needed this to be installed really soon. Not only did they make it happen but Alias and his crew were on time and did exactly what they promised they would do. They were very professional and happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. Very happy with the installation and my new A/C system.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good local Central Heat and Air company. By the way they been taking care of my old system for a few years and have done a great job and are very reasonable too.

Travis came out and fixed a capacitor problem in my A/C unit. He was professional and very thorough, making sure the whole system was running well. He even made recommendations to ensure my A/C will continue to run well, as well as making recommendations for things that could be done to improve energy efficiency. Aire Serv originally installed my A/C unit and they have fixed minor problems with the unit twice under warranty. Overall I have been very pleased with Aire Serv and the quality of their work.

I just recently hired Aire Serv of Greater Merced to replace my entire HVAC system which was approximately 20 years old. The A/C went out completely. They provided several options to repair or replace the system. Elias Madrigal explained each option in detail and was very patient with all my questions. I elected to replace it completely with a new and more efficient system. It was the hottest part of summer and they hooked us up right away with a temporary A/C while they immediately got the process under way. Each person I have dealt with at Aire Serv, from each of the technicians, to the people in the office were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. Even when I called after hours, I was able to speak to a live person and not a recording. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone wanting either routine maintenance or for an emergency situation. The service was outstanding!!

Blaine used to be a great local business, but something has changed. The customer service has gone downhill rapidly; I heard there are new owners.
After an emergency appt during the cold snap, it took 7 weeks to get a part. It was like pulling teeth just to get the diagnostic report for my insurance. The worst part was the lack of communication. I called weekly for updates and the story changed just as often. When the part finally arrived, they didn't honor their appt time nor their estimate. While driving to my house they called and jacked up the price over $450 stating, "it was difficult to find the part". My family had already suffered through 7 weeks of space heaters and I didn't want to start over with another company, but I will not be using them again. I do not recommend this company. I checked with the Better Business Bureau but of course they're not members.

Elias was amazing. His customer service, his knowledge and explanations for everything was great. He was able to find the problem that made our AC stop working and fixed our AC the same day. He will be our go to person for our maintenances from now on.

Elias is very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent! He was also punctual. He explains everything clearly and is very thorough. We are always pleased with his excellent work. He is the best!

I was so pleased with Travis, who was the technician that provided service for my heating/AC unit. He was prompt, knowledgeable, communicative and very thorough. He took time to explain fully what he had done.

Such a nice person And so experienced and knowledgeable. Assessed problem with furnace in minutes and loaned me the part for a couple days until they can get my brand furnace part ordered. I will always call Blaine here in Merced, Ca for any future problems. Thank you Elias so much! Pleasure to meet you.

Do not recommend. I own a business with a commercial A/C unit and they wrongfully diagnostic unit that would have costed me well over $8,000+.

My unit wasn’t turning on or passing air when I turned it on so I gave them a try. Their technician ran a diagnostic and reported that my unit was not passing coolant and was beyond repair. Supposedly a deep cleaning can sometimes work and help turn it over or I have to buy a whole new unit.

I ended up getting a second opinion with a different A/C service company and they literally fixed my unit with 30 minutes and had it pushing cool air through my vents. They reported that my coolant was working just fine and it was simply a fuse that was manually pulled from my unit which was odd to his finding. Adding on, he also mentioned that my unit was clean and no cleaning was needed.

This makes me extremely wary of the reliability, honesty, and truthfulness of this business.

Had Elias Madrigal from Blane Inc. stop by to fix my heating unit. He was prompt, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to show me what was done and explained about my unit. Elias is awesome, he's always happy to show me what's going on and explains the issues and options very clearly. I never feel like he's trying to sell me stuff I don't need. This companies quotes are below what I receive from other HVAC companies and when Travis came out to install a new AC unit he was great. He showed me everything he did and answered all my questions.

Very prompt customer centric service, extremely courteous staff with great communication (both Travis & Bob) were amazing from setting up the appointment and throughout the course of the service visit and resolved the HVAC issue promptly.

Our AC unit broke in July when temp was 110 and that was on Friday afternoon. Only the Blaine heating and AC came to see the issue, AC unit fan was broken, was not available on same day but they were able to get parts on weekend and fixed it on Monday. We do annual AC unit maintenance. Their tech is very informative and helpful.

We strongly recommend them.

Blaine Heating and Air Conditioning are top notch. Their staff are professional and helpful. They provided me with plenty of information and quotes so I could make an informed decision. They walked me through the entire process of replacing my system, and even helped me apply for programs to make it more affordable. Charmaine in the office was always very kind and patient with me, informing me of next steps and keeping me updated on the process. Their service technicians were all very professional and knowledgeable. Whether they were coming out for a maintenance service, or to complete a repair, or replace the system, they always completed the task skillfully and cleaned up afterwards. They answered all my questions and have good recommendations. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this excellent company.

Very timely service and great customer service!
We got our Air conditioning unit fixed last year from Blaine heating and air conditioning. Starting from scheduling a service, identifying a problem, placing an order for a required part and fixing the issue, everything was done in a timely manner. The technician Elias was very knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He made me understand the root cause of the entire issue and the details of the plan to fix the issue in simple words. He wore shoe covers every time he entered the house
