Modern Air people are beyond fabulous. We had a problem with our AC for our business and they repaired really quick and were very fair in price.

The issue was not taken care of at first visit as they said it just needed cleaning. When furnace did not work again a few days later, a second visit found unit needed furnace part and new thermostat but part had to be ordered. Three days later they returned and finished repair. Unit working now.

I called modern air this morning to ck. my air and heat. Justin came out and took care of the problem. What a nice guy. He found the problem right away and fixed it. If I ever have a problem again I will ask for Justin.

Justin was great, he called to say he was on the way. He got up on the roof, cleaned out the debris and checked the AC unit and said everything looked good. He'll be back in 6 months to do it again for the heating unit.

Modern Air has installed two HVAC for us & serviced them for over 25 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They come, are courteous & efficient every time!

Mr Moua and his partner installed a central heat and a/c unit today on my roof and done a fantastic job. They were prompt on time ,very professional, done excellent work, and I would highly recommend them to do any Heat and A/C work needed.

Overall, very happy with my new 19 SEER Carrier heat-pump. While tech was testing the new unit in air-conditioning mode, I did notice the unit was working very hard. I opened the door to the closet and it then worked much better. I replace the air register in the door with an "egg-crate" style which let the air through with very little resistance. The unit would have burned up due to overworking if I had left the old register in, I'm surprised that the tech left that to me rather than taking care of it since it was such a critical matter .

PRICE GOUGERS --- Company quoted me price for a part that exceeded any online price I could find. Price quoted was $132 but highest prices online were $32.

When I spoke to managements, asking for moderation and consideration, I was told that mark-up was for labor. I was told that Amazon parts don't have warrantees.

I watched the tech put in the part. It took all of 5 minutes to remove from box & plug into the slot. And, online parts from legit HVAC stores with warranty --- still cost max of $32.

AVOID Modern Air --- b/c all you will do is OVERPAY!

Professional technical support came out. Dwayne was top notch, and knew exactly what he was talking about and doing! We were extremely fortunate to schedule an early morning appointment for the very next day! Highly recommend!

Modern Air installed our current high efficiency HVAC system more than 18 years ago and has kept it in top shape ever since with regular maintenance. Never have had cause to regret our purchase or having them service it.

We had our hvac quit working. Micah came out, check it out and within a couple minutes found the problem. It was a simple burnt wire. He fixed it, serviced the ac and got me back to work. Great job Modern Air.

The company coordinator listened to my problems and concerns. Found an immediate opening to have our system checked and evaluated. Clearly explained our options and steps needed to get what we needed done. The technician was prompt and did a great job at answering our questions. He explained the results and showed the pictures he took. The coordinator emailed two estimates within a couple of days. Very professional company.

The phone operators were very friendly and so was the technician. He didn't just repair and leave he waited an extra 10 minutes to make sure it continued working correctly before thanking us for our business and leaving. Very happy with this technician and the person I spoke to on the phone.
