Very good service. Travis did a superb job fixing our AC unit. His fluency German was a nice bonus.

Travis the man that they always send me to check my heating and AC systems is always polite and courteous. If you’re going to use this company for your heating and AC always ask for Travis he is awesome!

Pilot light go out and not stay lit they tried tp tell me it was a safety feature that when the heater got to hot it would shut the pilot light out. Wrong it was the generator defective and want letting gas go to the burner.

Very unprofessional gave us a bid on a new ac unit and when we went with another company they invoiced us on the job they were doing which was a maintenance program which was not completed. They double charged us and didn’t honor the agreement for the maintenance program we had agreed upon. They were very rude left three of my units broke down and the parts just sitting on the ground. I would not use them again.

We had a very good service experience. Elias was the service person and did his job professionally and was very personable and friendly. Looking forward to our next service. Thank you.

Blaines came out to fix a problem that another company had caused in my air conditioner.

I'm really pleased and impressed with the way this project was done. The whole team, Travis, Carlos, Daniel and some guy named "Urgency List" were top-notched professionals and respectful of our wishes through the whole project. Started on Monday and were done on Tuesday!

I paid these folks $500 to clean 5 out ducts, and one in duct. They spent all of 30 minutes, and there is no difference. For $500, one would think they'd take the time to be thorough, but these guys seemed to be in a hurry to go home. I do not recommend Blaine Inc.

Elias with Aierserv was able to respond to my call out the same day. He was very communicative and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!

Issue:
Saturday, the ac condenser outside is making periodic screeching noise. No loose screws and it appears to be coming from the motor. Cold air still coming out and so I made a mental note to reach out for a repair next weekday.

Sunday early AM around 4, the cold air stopped. In my attempt to bandage it through the weekend, I read up on the manual and watched dozens of how-to videos. I cleaned the unit with the garden hose. Took the motor out, and cleared the dirt and rust buildup on the shaft, and in the motor bearing area. Added lubrication and re-assembled everything together. I had high hopes by this point. Sadly the unit simply buzzed - and I suspected that the capacitor might be faulty, which led me to search around the area for a store with some in-stock. No luck. It's just past high-noon. I'm melting.

In an attempt to be supporting local business and being loyal, I spent many attempts to reach out to the previous HVAC company I used went unanswered. I gave up and decided to give AireServ a call. The dispatcher informed me that the technician will be calling me within 30 mins. Elias called me and informed me that I'm patient #5. Thankfully he was pretty speedy and before long, I got the call saying he's on the way.

The entire time, Elias carried out his work with pride and still observed the covid precautions - much appreciated for wearing a mask in the 109F weather. He paid attention to the cleanliness of the area and does thing the proper way. Elias listened to my explanation of the symptoms and what I attempted without making me feel silly and quickly checked a few things to reach his own summary. In the end, we needed a motor replacement as the old one gave out.

All in all, I'm a happy customer and will recommend Aire Serv and Elias to anyone asking. Though if I may add, I helped by cleaning and loosening up the fan blade from the shaft!

This company was the only one available when my A/C compressor when out a couple of years ago during a massive heat wave. Elias showed up at 1130 on a Friday night. I was totally stunned with their service. They come and do a check-up every 6 months. They are the best.

The on call person Elias was rude! We called for emergency service due to a leaky ac unit in our attic leaking out of the ceiling. AHS had authorized me to call my own contractor and submit my receipt for reimbursement. When he called he immediately told my husband he didn't do work for AHS and would only do the work if we paid and got reimbursed later. He wouldn't let my disabled husband even tell him that was exactly our intention before he interrupted my husband yelling at him that he doesn't work with rude customers and to call someone else and hung up. If this is how they speak to their customers, I wouldn't trust them to do any work in my home.

My Mother is 92 yrs old and needed repairs on her Heater . Winter is starting and she’s always Cold , so she needed her heater fixed as soon as possible. Blaine’s was prompt and receptive and was able to resolve her problem and fulfill her needs so she could have a warm Winter. Thanks, Roger

Amazing service! We had an entire system installed 4 years ago by a different company. We have had nothing but problems with it. I finally got smart and called Aire Serve. Our Aire Serv Tech has been nothing but wonderful. I truly wish I had called them from the very beginning. I will never take my business anywhere else.

Blaine's Aire Serv of Merced is an incredible company! From the people that answer the phone, to the service men that come out, they are so polite and personable. The service men we have had out, Travis and Fermin, are top notch. They fix the problem and take the time to explain what they fixed. They offer service agreements and come out twice a year to service the unit and make sure everything is working well before the hot/ cold season hits. They are available when you need them. They really care about customer service. Over the years we have dealt with many different heat/air conditioning companies in Merced for our home and our rental. There is no comparison! Blaine's Aire Serv is way above the rest! If you are looking for a company that is dependable, prompt, knowledgable, polite, reasonable, and top notch, call Blaine's Air Serv! I wish I had found them years ago, I would have saved a lot of time, frustration, and money!!!!

My A/C went out. less then 24 hrs after I called and talked to a very polite lady they sent Travis a wonderful man that saved us from a 100° day. He was not only on time he was early. 👍🏾👍🏾 he kept me updated with every step. Was extremely polite and professional...

The price was way lower then I expected. And can't wait to recommend them... thank you for saving us from a slow roasting.

Someone from Blaine's Aire Serv - usually Travis - comes twice a year for HVAC maintenance and cleaning as needed: in the fall for the heating unit and in the spring for the AC unit. I have a dual thermostat system for this two-story house, and a just-barely-large-enough AC that they have kept running like a champ. Whoever comes is always prompt, professional, and genuinely nice. The cost is reasonable, and they do not try to sell me services or equipment I do not need (yet?). I couldn't be happier. Five stars.

In November 2021, Blaine Inc. Heating & Air Conditioning AC1 was contracted to install a new air conditioner unit, new vents, new ducts after a fire had destroyed all of these parts. I asked that an extra duct be put into one of the rooms and I was told that this was not a problem. They installed everything but the vents because they were on backorder and had FORGOT to put in the extra duct and vent into the bedroom. Months later, they came out to adjust the vents and was supposed to install the extra duct and vent in the bedroom and they failed to do so, AGAIN. They came out almost 5 months later to finally install the vents that they had been waiting for and install the vent and duct but when the technicians were done, they had absolutely NO IDEA that they were supposed to install the duct and vent. They spoke with Mrs. Blaine on the phone and she apologized. She said they would adjust the airflow to accommodate the extra room and they would adjust the bill. This airflow out of just one duct in this bedroom is insufficient to what I was wanting and other rooms are suffering because of the dispersment of air. Overall, the project was not constructed according to the original agreement. I paid $19,000 which I believed was more than fair after not receiving a final bill from the owner and a month later I was sent a bill for $1005 more. When the manager, Charmaine, called to collect, I told her that I was not satisfied and she ignored me. I said, fine, I'll pay $50 a month but I am not happy. She told me that they could not accept that amount and I had to pay $100/mo. and she would send me the contract to sign. I did not sign the contract and then they sent me and my husband to a collections agency. I have reluctantly paid the balance of $1005. I did not get what I paid for and what I would like is for them to come out and do what was contracted since I have paid the bill in full or a refund of $1005. They are a company without integrity.

We've had this company come to our house twice now to fix our old A/C, most recently Elias came by and his service was above and beyond what we expected. But both times we received fantastic service. The employee's are friendly, quick, and get the job done. Honestly, it's been life saving.

Julio and Danniel were on time, friendly, informative, and did and absolutely great job! I received a call before they arrived, and they were able to complete the work in less than 2 hours for a good price. I can’t thank them enough for their services! I’ll definitely be using Aire Serv in the future - and you should too!
