I am beyond grateful for Dylan Carpet & Rug Cleaning. Their work has left me genuinely astonished. They successfully extracted about 1/3 gallon of latex paint from my carpet. After I accidentally spilled the paint, I rapidly collected as much as I could with a dustpan, flooded the area with water, and covered it with a damp towel. wow! such great service! i needed my area rug cleaned, so i made an appointment with dylan carpet & rug cleaning. i was worried about the cleaning products because my child is sensitive to chemicals, but jorge really helped me out. he showed me different cleaning options and shared his advice on what would be safest. he also offered to double rinse the rug so there would be barely any residue left. jorge knew i needed the rug back before a special event and made sure it was ready on time, even taking it home to finish drying on his day off! i’m so impressed and the rug looks brand new!
