I had Ralph clean my entire home, 7 rooms, some pet stains, probably above average dirt and stains everywhere else. Ralph showed up on time, cleaned the entire place perfectly. Frankly, it was a bargain considering the quality of the work. Recommended!

Ralph was reliable, thorough, conscientious and gave excellent value. Not many cleaning services will take my stairway. He did a great job and steam cleaned tiles and shower also.

Vanessa did a landscape redesign for nearly all of our quarter-acre lot. She listened carefully to our preferences and concerns and made appropriate plan adjustments through a series of meetings. Her design of a set of undulating Sonoma fieldstone retaining walls on our fairly steeply sloped back yard, combined with a color-matched Granitecrete patio was especially pleasing, and was nicely coordinated with our existing deck and pool surrounds. We appreciated her help with replacing our previous plantings throughout the property with California native, drought-tolerant, pollinator-friendly plants.

Vanessa's detailed and persuasive design documents also helped us obtain project approval from our Homeowners Association.

Vanessa has been great to work with on our front yard overhaul. We’d never done a project like this and she helped us every step of the way from coming up with our vision for the space, to iterating on designs, to helping source and manage contractors. We are so grateful for all her expertise and can’t wait to see everything come to life and grow in.

Vanessa was a dream to work with and her vision helped create a magical space for my grandchildren to run and play in my outdoor space. Upon our first meeting she listened and took notes as to my hope for this tiny space to be transformed from a useless rocky "garden" into a mini wonderland for my grandchildren. Vanessa returned with vision boards and continued to listen and adapt based on my feedback. She was able to create a design to maximize the space with great consideration given to the type of plantings that would endure flying balls and little hands! The end result is a beautiful space
filled with greenery, trees for shade, a bench, bird bath and stepping stones. Gorgeous. Vanessa stayed in constant contact throughout the process, always available to answer questions and clarify. If I could give her a 10 star rating I would.

I have worked with many architects, Vanessa is by far the most intuitive and genuinely invested in making your vision come true. She has many unique and creative ideas. She creates amazing storyboards to provide a visual of the plants and structural components of the plan. She will work with you throughout the construction process as your advocate and provide any on site management needed.

Vanessa Lemaire-Workman, landscape designer, is a gem! She created a beautiful and environmental-friendly design of our front and side yards. The design carefully incorporated our design inspiration and planting zone/environment. Her expert knowledge of plants, soil, and water requirements resulted in a design that complemented our Spanish/Mediterranean home architecture as well as greatly enhanced its curb appeal. We are very happy with her design and highly recommend her for other garden projects.

We had a great experience with Vanessa at Foliava Garden Design. We wanted to replace thirsty plants in a terraced yard with plants that are drought resistant and require very little watering. Vanessa spoke with us in depth about our needs for the new landscaping, and then created three beautiful xeriscape conceptual designs. Each concept included a unique set of plant choices, along with a display of the color palette of the plants. The proposed designs were then printed in color on large paper, so we could visualize and review the design options.

Once we selected the design, Vanessa took care of everything from the design to the finished garden. She did an amazing job with everything! Working with vendors she has relationships with, she had a crew remove old plants and dirt, hired out a debris bin to haul away the refuse, ordered and had delivered new soil, ordered and had delivered the new plants, arranged for the soil placement and planting, and project managed the whole process which made the whole project amazingly smooth!

Vanessa did an excellent job listening to our requests and to plan out our front and back yards. We explained we needed a plan that was kid friendly, durable, low water and maintenance. Vanessa's knowledge of the areas microclimates really helped out with plant selection and her hardscape recommendations made it all come together. She was patient, easy and fun to work with. Vanessa really delivered and our project has turned out great.
