Darius arrived on time, gave me a clear quote, and did a thorough job cleaning all our carpets. The prices were fair and competitive too. The carpet cleaning team just finished up at my place in Mill Valley, and I couldn’t be happier! Darius and Marvin were extremely thorough with their work—much better than any previous cleaners I’ve had. I originally called to have a stubborn carpet stain taken care of, but since they were so friendly and flexible, I also asked them to clean another room and my sectional sofa. They were more than happy to help and didn’t hesitate to add the extra tasks. Darius and Marvin even moved the sectional to make sure they could clean every spot, including the back and underneath so I could clean behind it too. They were careful with my wood floors, wiping up any carpet cleaner that got on them, and left everything neat and spotless. The carpets and furniture look and smell fresh. I’m really impressed and would definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services to anyone in Mill Valley!

Sebastian, Isaiah, Marvin, and the team did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and tile floors! They showed up right on time, were very professional, and paid close attention to every detail. There was a tough spot near our front door that had us stumped for a long time, but they worked hard until it was completely gone. After their cleaning, our floors looked so much brighter and refreshed. We also asked them to clean five of our oriental carpets. They took special care with each one and made sure they came back looking fantastic. One of the rugs was a very light tan and had some dark marks in the corner, but when they returned it, all the stains were gone and the colors looked much brighter. They even took extra care with the fringes, making sure everything looked perfect. If you need your carpets or floors cleaned, I highly recommend calling this team. i had a great experience with dylan carpet & rug cleaning. patrick was really friendly and always picked up the phone when i called. one of the techs, ernest, was also super nice. i needed the carpet in one of my bedrooms stretched, and even though the carpet was very old, ernest worked hard to get it as good as possible. he was upfront about the results and really honest, which i appreciated. i will definitely call them again whenever i need my carpets cleaned or stretched in mill valley.

Vanessa did a landscape redesign for nearly all of our quarter-acre lot. She listened carefully to our preferences and concerns and made appropriate plan adjustments through a series of meetings. Her design of a set of undulating Sonoma fieldstone retaining walls on our fairly steeply sloped back yard, combined with a color-matched Granitecrete patio was especially pleasing, and was nicely coordinated with our existing deck and pool surrounds. We appreciated her help with replacing our previous plantings throughout the property with California native, drought-tolerant, pollinator-friendly plants.

Vanessa's detailed and persuasive design documents also helped us obtain project approval from our Homeowners Association.
