Dr. Drain very quickly responded to my post on ThumbTack and scheduled same day appointment. The plumber came at the scheduled time and was able to fix both issues - garbage disposal not working and toilet tank leaking water into the bowl - quickly and for a reasonable price. Would call them again, when needed..

Dr. Drain Plumbing and Rooter did a great job with all our repairs. This is actually our second time using them and we are extremely happy. The communication is great, and quality of work is very high. Thank you.

Briccio is a very friendly guy. Drain was cleared quickly and he explained a few options. I wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did but hey problem solved and I guess inflation, right?

Dandy did a GREAT job fixing three chronic drain, disposal, and faucet problems within 1 1/2 hours. I have my new plumber! Thank you, Dr Drain!

Super prompt reply. Fair pricing and they fixed my toilet issue for a fraction of what other vendors quoted me. I would definitely use them again.

I thought that by going with a bigger company, the prices would be more established. The plumber came during a busy day and there was a lot of haggling over the prices of the various requests. Just tightening some screws and applying caulking and he wanted to charge us $250. We bought a high-end bathroom faucet, and it took him over 3-4 hours to install it, with a lot of surcharges for extra hoses. We had a good experience with this company before, but now will probably go with an independent guy.

Dickson did an amazing job repairing our master bathroom toilet. A ToTo branded toilet meant it had proprietary parts that other technicians did not have in stock. Dickson not only was familiar with the make and model but had spare parts with him on his van; meaning the repair visit was timely and efficient. I would highly recommend him/his company for your plumbing needs 👍

I got 3 bids. I am so glad I chose Dr Drain. They have fair pricing, and they are on-time, they explain the issue and gave a fair bid to fix it. They are courteous, helpful and fixed the my plumbing problem. I highly recommend them for all plumbing repairs. I will use them again.

I had to install gas and water shutoff valves for my insurance change and Dickson and Dandy installed the valves perfectly for us. I got quotes from a couple more places and Dickson's quotes were most reasonable and did not over-sell. They also did check other parts of the pipes we were worried about for us. Highly recommended.

Dickson and his team were so great to work with. We were caught in a bind with a water pipe leak - they were onsite within 30 minutes and quickly assessed the project and provided a quote. They were transparent with pricing and any possible additional work that could be required. The Dr. Drain team were incredibly professional, straightforward and no-nonsense. An absolute pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

Very professional and thorough folks. I called them for a same day emergency leak under the sink and they arrived within the hour. They diagnosed the issue and had everything ready in the van.
After addressing the issue, Dandy also fixed the RO system installation that had led to the issue.
I’d highly recommend them for all plumbing and RO water installation needs.
