So thankful for Mikail (Mike) in our refrigerator repair. A tech from another had checked our fridge first and told us we needed to replace the damper although the fridge was only a few years old. He then quoted us $1600 😳 Mikail (Mike) was our 2nd quote and he took his time. Took everything apart and determined our fan had frozen over from the kids leaving the doors open . He defrosted it, cleaned it and for a quarter of the price had it up and cooling again. He will be our go to from now on! I appreciate a business that isn’t just on a money grab but that actually wants to help.

They sent out a technician shortly after that who was clearly competent and knowledgable. The tech was able to eventually diagnose and repair what the previous technician had broke. The contact for coordination was also very responsive. I received a transparent invoice and a full service report upon request. The labor rates are very fair as well. Will absolutely be coming back for future appliance issues.

On the day we contacted him, he was able to make a home visit where the issue was diagnosed quickly and partially repaired. Since he had to order a part, the repair was completed several days after the initial visit. Very competent and efficient service.
