They are a very professional, responsive and knowledgable Appliance repair company—but please note that ALL service repair companies only specialize in specific product brands. Otto’s correctly diagnosed and repaired an Error Code from my 2016 Bosch Silent Dishwasher. It is odd that my Bosch dishwasher was already giving me an error code after about 6 years—something that the Otto repairman confirmed was odd. Total time from my call to Otto’s was about a week—they booked the repair service date within a week, and he replaced a heating unit per the Error Code using a part he stocked in his service van, and got my Bosch dishwasher up and running the same day of service. Very professional and knowledgeable about Bosch dishwashers. Would strongly recommend anyone with a Bosch dishwasher to use this firm.

This is not Ottos, who were wonderful. These guys are now frauds using the old number. Should have known from the start that something was wrong, called Ottos, got these guys, and then they had yet a third name (Appliance Giants) when they showed up.

Repair guy seemed unsure of some operations of the Bosch machine. Charged $100 for call, to be applied to service. Says we need new recirculation pump, will order.

Repair guy calls back to say part is unavailable so can't repair. Fair enough if true. I look up part at Bosch, it is indeed unavailable, so I do an AI search, find three sources. Call back to ask for part number to confirm I have the right one. Offer to either get it or give them the links I found.

Receptionist says she must ask the "management team". No return call. Call back in the afternoon, ask to speak to the repair guy, says she can't do that, must ask management team. 3rd call this morning, same response. Just got a text from them saying that they won't refund the money and refuse to say what the part number is, so now I'm filling a credit card dispute. These people seem by my experience to have low quality, poor training, bad customer service, and the willingness to defraud their customers.

Go elsewhere!

Called Mike when my washer stopped spinning. He was able to diagnose and fix the door sensor issue. He seems very professional and knowledgeable.

Called US Pro Repair to help install a floodlight wifi-camera in our backyard. Mike was on time as communicated, and very detailed with the installation, setup the internet/wifi for the camera and setting up the app on the smart-phone. He is easy to work and fun to chat with (we had some fun conversation about electronics/chips). I highly recommend Mike and US Pro Repair.

I called and Mike came over same day, fixed our ice maker and we were enjoying iced coffee the next morning! Thanks Mike and I would not hesitate to work with you again!

Mike was so responsive! He helped me fix my washer because it was running hot water when we were running a cold cycle, and there was a leak. Simple enough, the pipes were routed wrong, and the leak was because of a damaged gasket. I appreciate you help, thank you!

We called several companies and they were the first to respond. They came quickly, arranged for parts to be free through an LG warranty, and came back to install at a time that worked for us. They got the fridge up and running and followed up to make sure it was running properly. I don’t know how their labor prices compare to the prices of other companies but we were happy with their service.

Mike did a great job fixing a refrigerator with cooling issues. Lead time from my call on Friday evening was just over an hour, and my refrigerator was working again!

Michael provided me with the best service I’ve ever received from an electrician.
He came to fix our dryer, but ended up staying and repaired a complex heater problem, an intercom and some other issues related to electrical aspects of our condominium. I will continue working with him long term.

Mike came on short notice on a Sunday after our fridge and freezer unit experienced a catastrophic failure. He diagnosed the problem (freezer fan blocked by frost) and brought the correct tool to solve the issue without undertaking costly repairs.

Just had Mike check out my commercial fridge. He was great. Unfortunately, the parts/repair cost would have been more than what I paid for my used fridge (not his fault...I bought the fridge off of Craigslist and rolled the dice). I am satisfied with the diagnostic though. A $100 diagnostic fee at least told me that this fridge is just a big paper weight. Oh well, on to the next fridge. Mike was fast and efficient. No funny business and straight to work. I recommend this co.

I was having issues with my True Sandwich Prep. It was not holding 40* and was leaking water. I called and Mike came out the next day and fixed this issue within 30 minutes. Mike is great - he diagnosed, order the new parts before he left, and was back to fix my oven AND my washer ub just a couple of days. He worked very clean. After the first job, he came back and installed a new garage door opener. He did a great job again! Highly recommend him!
