Architect reviews in Milpitas, California

Protrk was great to work with. Their team was professional, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions I had. They kept me consistently updated on the progress of the project, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I’d recommend them for ADA construction work.

Mike Schaeffer and the Protrk Construction team have been highly professional partners for our affordable housing company in designing and implementing ADA retrofits in our multifamily affordable housing developments. These are complex projects, involving working in the context of occupied buildings, including buildings with tenants with special needs, and retrofitting inside units, in corridors and stairs, in community use areas and in garages and parking lots. Their work is careful and their interaction with both our team and with our residents and management staff is unfailingly professional and kind. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Professionals at every turn, would recommend them to anyone

Great work, extremely professional!!

Very professional. Always keep me posted on the progress. I highly recommend Protrk Construction.

Very professional. Completed what they had to do in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.

Protrk has been great to work with. They have a great understanding of ADA requirements and construction.

I’ve been dealing with Russ over at Protrk for the past few months. They walked me through every stage of the Aba entrance. The service was excellent and would recommend this company to anyone 👍

Wow great service and we saved so much money. Great team and knowledge of the ADA and legal needs for any city compliance work. We are so happy all our doors work great...Amazing team...

Mike is a true professional. He successfully completed a multi $$$ major exterior renovation on one of our buildings. I highly recommend him.

Amazing professional team to work with, I 100% recommend them. They did a outstanding job on our 3 point project for ADA compliance.

Honest, diligent, and reliable. Protrk (Mike Schaeffer) is the best in the business. I have used Protrk on at least 10 projects and will use them again without question.

Mike was very professional, on time and he was able to get the work done ahead of schedule and under budget. I highly recommend him and his team and will use them in the future for all my projects.

Bruce was very helpful throughout the whole process. This company made sure to do a great job on my parking lot with provisions to anything that they may have missed. They are very detailed oriented and I would highly recommend to anyone in general.

Protrk construction did very thorough and efficient work for us . The project was explained and we were given updates throughout duration. We recommend their services enthusiastically!

Mike and his team the best team I have ever worked with! They were very professional and easy to communicate with, completed all work very fast and brought the least possible interruption for my business operation. After you read this review, hire Protrk

Protrk knows how to professionally implement ADA compliant projects.
We had an asphalt contractor attempt to modify our ADA parking space to be compliant and it was wasted money.
ADA projects require a specialty contractor, Protrk can be relied upon.

This protrk employee crossed a solid white line while driving almost hitting me ran me off the road i almost crashed with the car next to me. The protrk employee didn’t even get out of the car to see if he hit me could easily been a hit n run! Seems like they don’t about others on the road (older white man was driving) a pickup truck

I'm working with Mike Schaeffer with Protrk to comply with the 2019 San Francisco Mandatory ADA Access ordinance on two commercial properties I manage.
Mike is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, easy to work with, and welcomes feedback from his clients.
I highly recommend his services.

Mike Schaeffer who I assume to be owner of this firm has led me through every step of the way with my legally required construction work. As a stranger to Protrk with no experience meeting city mandates I called Mike for help and I could not have had more help than Protrk provided. Customer satisfaction is very apparently first on the list for this company, I am sincerely appreciative. Carol L. Arriola

Mike is a great professional, on time, on budget, fair, transparent and a clear communicator of the work at hand. I strongly recommend him. Update: 7.20.21 I returned to Mike to do additional substantial $$$ work.
I was operating remotely and i fully trusted Mike to do an excellent job. Very satisfied.
