VERA plumbing and drain came out today to service our Rheem RHS42 watersoftner. It had stopped softening the water and we immediately started getting hard water spots in the sink and shower, etc. Also noticed it when we showered, on our hair and skin. Alfredo did a exelent job repairing it, and testing the softner after the work. Very friendly and professional. I give them 5 stars. We had a clogged drain that my husband was not able to unclog. Vera Plumbing was recommended to me and they came out within two hours and unplugged our line immediately.
Ray was our plumber and he was excellent. We will definitely use them again!

This company was great. I am so happy that I found an honest plumber. They were polite, clean and efficient. I called numerous companies. Don't waste your time getting estimates from people who aren't up front about ALL the potential issues you might face with your problem. These people are knowledgeable and fair. I will definitely use Alfredo in the future if I have a problem.

Vera plumbing came out the same day I called them to swap out a leaky kitchen drain pipe that needed to be replaced. Awesome guys and they did the work for a very fair price. Very much recommended.

Vera Plumbing did a fantastic job draining and cleaning out tankless water heater. Ray was very communicative from the beginning, explaining everything he would be doing and answering all questions thoroughly. Plumbing issues are no joking matter!!! We were referred to Vera plumbing by a close friend. They came out quickly, even on a Sunday! All I can say is that Alfredo was 100% transparent when it came to price, job time, payment options, and etc. They even give you video footage to show the problem and are 100% honest. Had a clogged sink for several days, Vera plumbing was called and set up an appointment very quickly.
Day of the service I was given a time frame and provided with notice of who would be arriving. Andrew showed up on time and was truly professional and very helpful. The service was quick and the issue was resolved.

I had an emergency plumbing situation and was in a panic! I submitted a request for a quote on their website, and within 5 minutes, I got a call back! Alfredo arrived promptly and found the issue in less than a minute (no exaggeration). I was blown away by how fast and efficient he was!

Called two companies prior to using Vera pluming. Both companies estimated very high for what ended up being a 20 min fix and 1/4 of the price. These guys Andrew and Diego came out and figured out the problem and were very respectful, honest and work was done clean. So to give you an example of pricing for service, the first company gave us a quote for 1250, the second company gave us a quote for 750.00. These guys did for under 300.00 and this was a commercial building repair, not residential for our business. Will be definitely recommending and using in the future.
