Had an emergency with a water leak called at 11:13 pm and Vera Plumbing was at my house at 12:10 am helping me with my problem. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues. Recently renovated my bathroom but My leak started small almost a month after renovation then the leak ended up becoming bigger over time. Turns out it was a very basic sealer pudding. I always ask three different plumbers for a job. Vera plumbing had Alfredo B. I got this plumber's information from our property management and we were very happy with the response. We previously used another vendor but unfortunately they did not respond as quickly. I was able to speak to Alfredo immediately who scheduled with his office and he was able to see our office that same day. Their office was very speedy, friendly, reliable, and informative. I received a call to confirm when they were about to arrive, and Alfredo was able to figure out what was wrong with our restroom right away. He was only here a short time, explained the issues with the toilet, and was able to fix the problem. Thank you so much for your response time, attentiveness, and customer service! I called Vera Plumbing to replace a leaky kitchen faucet. I had a great experience with Diego who fixed the water valves under my kitchen sink and installed a new kitchen faucet. Diego came out to install a faucet for me and was very helpful and professional. Fair and upfront prices before work started. Called up Vera Plumbing on Sunday afternoon for a clogged bathroom sink. I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday at 11 am the next day. It was beyond a regular taking apart of the P trap. The trap had to be opened and snaked into the shoot that travels below the house. It was filled with hair and oil. I work 6-7 days a week so I dont have that kind of time to fiddle around on my only day off. Andrew the plumber was awesome. He came in and knocked it out in 30 minutes. He also helped me out to replace an old faucet. Left the sink looking like new! You get what you pay for, although not cheap, their plumber is professional and very skilled. I highly recommend this company.

My favorite family owner business. They’ve done excellent on my last minute/urgent calls. Response time killer, didn’t feel taken advantage of financially, felt like I was working with a family friend/neighbor. Seriously, nothing to lose with these guys. Alfredo is the owner and his wife does the scheduling, billing, and keeps things running so smoothly. Very impressed and will keep coming back to them (I’m a returning customer).

I scheduled Air duct cleaning after hearing rattling sounds every time the HVAC system started. Technician Owen opened several ducts and found dust, toys, and even small debris from when my kids were little. He performed Dryer vent cleaning and pulled out a thick layer of lint that had never been touched. A small patch of mold required Mold Treatment, which he handled thoroughly. The Furnace Cleaning made the heating system run without the usual burnt smell. His Blower cleaning boosted airflow so rooms finally stayed at even temperatures. After Coil Cleaning, the AC cooled much faster than before. The UV light Installation improved the air quality so much that the house smelled fresh again.
