Finding the right commercial office cleaning company has proven to be more difficult then we had previously anticipated. Our first cleaning company just stopped showing up. They literally just quit on us without any notice. The second company we hired started out ok but after the first month service just dropped off significantly. They became very hard to get a hold of and would take days to respond to requests. We finally found Momentum Janitorial through a referral as they clean a building a couple doors down from us. They have been exceptional and their customer service and attention to detail really goes above and beyond what we would have expected. A few very minor issues like missed trash bins in the beginning but nothing but quality service ever since.

Momentum Janitorial provides the contract cleaning service for our commercial property in San Clemente. They are very good at what they do and have been a pleasure to work with. They send in a day porter Monday through Friday and she does a great job and is very well liked from everyone at our property. They also come in after hours to clean and tidy up. To date the service we have received from Momentum Janitorial has been exceptional.

This is the best commercial cleaning company we have ever used. They are not pushy and they knew exactly what we were looking for. Our building is only about 20,000 square feet with about 50 employees so it's not the biggest job but they have done a spectacular job so far. Every morning our office looks great and the few times we've had issues they were quick to respond and got the issue resolved quickly. We appreciate how hard they work and while no company is perfect we appreciate how quick they are to respond to our requests. It's definitely a breath of fresh air and why I feel this is the best cleaning company we've worked with.
