This guy is a joke.extended warranty company set us up with this clown and extended warranty company is a joke a month later washer not fixed,apparently Paul repair guy is out and didn't communicate this with us.do not repeat do not use this guy or waste your time contacting him.how does TV repair get called to fix appliances
