They had my tv for 2 months. I picked it up and nothing was done to it. Werent able to fix it.

Great Customer service and honest. Repaired my LG TV in a timely manner and the price was fair.

Took my 55'' 4k sansung to this knuckle head.told me the entire tv was blown.would cost 1000 dollars to fix.told him to forget it.took it to another shop.50 dollar part replacement.this guy is a rip off.be aware.

They gave me 3 diffrent prices and also didn't even help take tv to the car and plus they told me my TV was suppose to be done in 5 days it took 11days also the guy that answer the phone don't know any thing

Rude customer service! Told me to call around it might help when actually thats what i was doing when i called the place. Told me my tv wasnt worth fixing and assumed it was worth less than what its goin for. Jst rude experience would not recommend.

Tcl 55 inch tv stopped working , dropped off Saturday about 1:30 pm and ask any possible way to have tv repaired today ..told him I would stay in area ..I was coming from gustine...so about 1.5 hours later said tv was fixed while I went to eat and shop ...I almost went and bought another tv ...a++++185.00 for repair

We have 65' Mits.DLP TV, we had a alot of white dots, we call DICITECH ELECTRONICS They verify the problem immediatly, he came to our house, and fix the TV right on the spot. PAUL was very proffesional, on time, and was able to get the service done the exact same day.and give us 180 days warranty on parts & labor . He is Defently in our recommendation list!!

They have had my smart TV for over two months giving me the run around when they said it be fixed in a week. When I call the phone just rings no one ever answers.

Friendly guy and he gave me a free estimate which was great because he figured out there wasn't anything actually wrong with my TV.

Called multiple times for a repair. Kept saying that the tech was 'not in'. Phone operator said that he was going to leave the tech a message so that they could get back to me when they were in. Never got a call back.

Very pleased with the service I received at Digitech. Fixed my TCL tv fast and for a great reasonable price. I would recommend visiting this company before you go buy a new tv.

He said he would call me with an estimate to fix my TV. He never called, I had to call him. He said he would call when tv was fixed. He never called, I had to call him. Went to pick up my TV 3 different times during his business hours, place was closed all 3 times. I don't know if he can fix a TV or not. I.still can't get mine.

Could not have had a better experience. Dropped off a defective TV at 7pm and picked up the next morning exactly as they promised. Wish all transactions went this smoothly. I'm sure that when they have to order parts it can take longer, but what can one expect?

I appreciate the owners work! Came back and replaced a screw he misplaced and adjusted my brightness to assure the bulb would last longer after hours! Good price too compared to other tv repairs.

Took my tv about a month ago. Called and called no answer u til finally answered. Asked about my tv they said they can't give me a price on repair because they didn't write what was wrong with it. Said I'd get a call back within 30min never got a call
Called again a week later n said still can't give me a reason and said will recieve a call within the hr. So now it's been 2 more weeks and nothing. Place is unprofessional. Stay away also inside is disgusting food all over the counter and place is like a hoarding house. Do not recommend decided to let then just keep the tv
