I started having electrical issues 6 days ago with my laundry room and livingroom losing power if I used the washing machine. Initially called another company twice to come out nobody ever showed. Called PIE Electric at 7 am this morning and Ken arrived by 10. Fixed my issue at at reasonable price. Everything works great. Will definitely use again.

PIE Electric sent a gentleman out to my father’s home to fix an issue with his electrical panel. He was patient with my elderly father and showed us the damage breaker that needed to be replaced. He was an honest man and had it fix very quickly. I would definitely recommend PIE Electric for your electric needs! Best, DB

Had several outlets that were not working. I did what I could to troubleshoot but ended up needing to call in the "big guns" to get it fixed. I called around to several electricians in town and couldn't get anyone to answer (and all but one have still not called me back). PIE Electric was super prompt and got to the house really quick. Then they diagnosed and fixed the issue super fast. Both technicians that showed up were very professional and courteous. I hope I don't need an electrician any time soon again, but when I do I'll be calling these guys back.

I recently order 4 international fans with Bluetooth speakers and upon receipt I realized that the instructions were general and not specific to my actual purchase. I reached out to PIE and very quickly my appointment was scheduled. The technician Devin was a young man, brilliant and professional, very respectful. I will be calling PIE for more projects in future and I do recommend using PIE for anyone in need electrical assistance. They provided superior customer service and at a great price. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided. I give them 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for a job well done!

Everyone there is super nice, professional and responsive. They installed an EV charger and, a few weeks later, I was having issues charging my car. They came out and checked everything for free to make sure there weren’t any issues with the wiring (the wiring was fine, I just needed a new portable charger). They even came out on a Saturday and then again the next week when I was still having issues. They really go above-and-beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied!

They did a great job for me today on three projects I've been wanting to get done. Ken was very helpful and scheduled a great technician out. The technician was excellent, meticulous, and extremely tidy. He even took his shoes off because we don't wear shoes inside the house. He cleaned up spotless after the work. I will definitely have them back to do more projects. Highly recommend. A++++

Had a great experience with PIE Electric! We thought our 20-amp breaker switch had gone out, so we called them for help. The electrician came promptly and discovered that nothing was actually wrong—he simply needed to turn the breaker back on. Since no repairs or hard labor were necessary, and because we’re seniors and veteran, they provided their service with no charge! Their honesty and kindness truly made our day. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for trustworthy and professional service!

I contacted PIE Electric today to take care of an issue where I had no power in one room of my home. Ken sent out someone and he was here in two hours. It only took him 15 minutes to figure out the issue. Reasonable price and very professional. Thank you!!!

My AC unit kept tripping the fuse in the breaker box and I was super worried. With this hott weather there was no way I could keep my baby inside a 100° house. I called Ken, he was here within a hour or so. He is very helpful, polite and professional. (Bonus, he's even a Pastor at his church) He was able to fix the problem and went above and beyond to make sure no other issues appear. I've called on this electrician three times over the past 4 years and every experience has been excellent. The owner was the only one to answer my call when I needed urgent help with the dryer plug, he came the same day fixed the issue quickly and even helped with my curtains during a tough winter. That extra effort meant a lot to me as a new homeowner.

On another occasion his team installed a new bathroom light/fan combo and even patched the ceiling which most companies wouldn't do. Everything works perfectly and the fee was very fair.

Most recently I had old outlets replaced so I could safely use my window AC. They explained my options, gave honest advice about my electrical system and worked with me to plan future updates within my budget.

Every visit has been professional, respectful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable skilled electricians who truly care about their customers.

They were good at first. Took care of a hot cable dangling from the garage of our new fixer-upper pretty easily. We had some more work to be done for our old home, so we figured we give PIE Electric a call and see what they could do about helping start reworking our electrical.

We found out the hard way that they do not do well with long term jobs. We hired them to install a new electrical main panel to start things off. What was predicted to be a few weeks to a month turned into a year process. Price was cheap, but so was the quality of service and product.

The technician was the one reaching out for when to come by and had canceled a couple times when a “higher priority” client had an emergency. One technician had asked to come after hours just to try to keep up with the schedule because they were so behind on manpower.

Although we appreciated the technician went out of their way to try to get the job done, the timing was pretty weird, and unfortunately, the product did not match the quality of the time spent. The box has mostly awkward piping for the electrical, unlabeled fuses, and lacked a surge protector.

To top this whole thing off, it turns out the city permit for the panel never had a final inspection! We are now just finding out about a YEAR after the job was “finished”. We just had the city come out today and NO, our panel was not cleared due to the missing labels and surge protector I mentioned . We now have to find an electrician to finish what PIE Electric started.

If it’s a quick fix you are looking for, they got you, but do NOT trust this company for any jobs that take more than a day.

Ken is an amazing electrician. He came to our home on short notice, did a thorough job and was a pleasure to have in our home. Ken, we are super grateful for you and the expert work you did on our home.

I would not recommend this place. Very shady. I got an estimate for work from them. After they gave me the price for work, which was reasonable for the job, they found out I had a rebate that would pay $500 of my bill, they suddenly raised their quote by another $400. When I called them out they siad it was not their problem. I would not trust them then after this, much less want them in my home.

Ken and Devon are both Knowledge reliable and trustworthy. They’ve had my business for many years and I will choose them again and again. Solid individuals solid company best in the 209.

Had a problem with power to a couple of rooms, so I called and Ken came the next day. He was thorough about asking questions and checking out the affected rooms to determine the problem, and he was able to determine it was a bad breaker and fixed it in no time. Amazing service and a great guy.
