He cleaned the concrete in my apartment so flooring could be put down. He did a good job but his cost was outrageous. He charged the property management 850.00,for 2 rooms and a small hallway. Then property management charged me 850.00 for something I could have done myself for a lot less, $5.

Ed was a perfect gentleman. He was very professional. I was so grateful cause this was last minute before Christmas Eve. The price was reasonable too. I definitely will be using him again.

Could not ask for anything more. Quick response with affordable pricing. Was on time, and very carefull with my furniture. I definitely will recommend him to others, he is a straight shooter. Let's you exactly know what he'll do for you and how much it'll be. I have a cat and a baby so definitely much happier with stains gone and my baby rolling around a clean carpet. Thank you Ed.

If I could give this guy a 0 star I totally would!!! I had him come to give me an estimate for my tile after seeing all his advertisements of $99....he comes and says it would cost me 4,500 just to clean my tile!!!! And that it would be a two day job.... well let me tell you I just had my tile cleaned today by A-1 steam away carpet cleaning and he did an amazing job very reasonable price nothing compared to 4,500 and only took him an 1:45

Wish I could give more then 5 stars. This is the type of Company you wish all other places was like. He did an amazing job his prices were fair and he got done quick his customer service is above what any other companies offer. If you are in need of carpet cleaning this should be your first choice.

We were on a time crunch to get carpets cleaned on a rental we were moving out of. Eduardo was able to work with us and schedule a time that was convenient. Carpets looked SPOTLESS and cleaner than when we moved in. He was able to remove a large soda stain that had been sitting for at least 4 months. He was courteous and kind. Price was affordable. I will continue to call him for any of our future carpet cleaning needs.

When I moved into my home I could tell that the carpets in my home were not professionally cleaned….ew….gross; but I needed to move in so I’ve dealt with it. Well two years, two children (6&10 now), and two English Bulldogs later my carpets were about done for. I bought carpet cleaners, and have tired to keep up with messes, but they are no where near as good as professional cleaners. I was ready to burn my house down because of the way my carpets looked, and smelled. I happened to drive past this professional carpet cleaner. It was my sign. So I called the number, and spoke with a kind gentleman. We set up a day for the job to be done, but on my part I had to cancel due to personal things. I called and rescheduled with him completely understanding, and compassionate about the dilemma. We rescheduled, and we were finally able to get together. He accommodated the fact that I live in an apartment, and upstairs. He did a beyond amazing job. He is very kind, respectful, courteous, compassionate, and he is very passionate about what he does. He has honestly saved my sanity. I have never had someone I hired to do work for me do such an excellent job, and be so respectful to me. I could not recommend this guy enough, and I will definitely be having him come back in the future. If you’ve been looking to get your carpets cleaned I beyond highly recommend this company. He cleans other things as well like couches, tile, grout, rugs, and more. Highly detailed work. Friendly, respectful man.

We were astonished at how great our carpets looked after Edwardo cleaned them - and they were really dirty with some dark spots! Eduardo came and steam cleaned 1,000 sq feet of slate tile for me. He came out within 48 hours of my call and did an outstanding job! Tile looks amazing and clean! I will definitely use him again!

We called Ed off and ad my wife and I saw on his vehicle today. We called him and he showed up to our house for an estimate in less than one hour. He was fair with his pricing and was able to fit our service in same day. He did great work and our carpets look awesome. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Ed the owner came to our house and made our carpet , Tile and our furniture brand new. He is very polite and respectful. He really does a great job. His rates are the best in town. This guy is Amazing. I had this guy Eduardo cleaning and sealing our Peblle floor tile and did an excellent job. He also cleaned our carpet and furniture. Very professional and nice guy. Highly recommend him to anyone. Very respectful. Thank you for a job well done!

We loved working with Ed, very nice guy! He was fast to respond and came to look at our floors and quote us the same day. It only took him a few hours to complete our tile floors and they look brand new!! I would highly recommend him to anyone. Definitely gave us a fair price too. All around great service.👍🏼

Edwin was great to work with in getting an estimate and then the cleaning. He cleaned the carpets in our two business locations. We were super pleased with the way the carpet turned out. Amazing work! My carpets were in terrible shape and I wanted to clean them before replacing them soon. I called for a late booking and he was able to come early the next morning and arrived on time. I told him that I didn’t expect too much for a simple cleaning but he gave me an amazing deal and had my carpets looking and smelling brand new in under an hour. I will definitely be using him once I get my new carpets and may even look into his other services.
