My expectations were beyond exceeded! My carpets are completely clean and I am so glad I found this business. His communication with me prior to the cleaning appointment was incredible. He answered any questions or concerns I brought up. The price was definitely very competitive as well & he has certainly earned my business not just today but in the future as well!

Eduardo did an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. He showed up on time for the appointment our carpet ctually looks and smells new again. He was very professional, and a pleasure to interact with. He also can do hardwood & tile floors along with handyman services. We highly recommend to contact Eduardo for home repair & cleaning services.

Senior Alert!! I have debated on sharing my experience because of 😳 embarrassment. I was taken advantage of by Ed the owner. He was plenty nice but he was not honest.
I had 2 blood spots on my carpet. When he 1st saw them he quoted me $400.00. I said that was too high, so he said e would work with me a dropped it to $300. Being new to Modesto I agreed. I saw a sign on his vehicle that said, 99.00 carpet cleaning. I asked and he said that was for 1 room. He was not even doing my entire room. Anyways, I am highly disappointed that Ed took advantage of me. I told him I was on a fixed income. Shame on you Ed. Shame on me for not checking out others.

WOW, you have lied. I spoke the truth. I never told you about any other quotes because there were none. I gave you the 5 stars because you pushed the issue when you were done. You sure had shown me what a truly dishonest person you are, lying and making up untruths. WOW, I sure hope no one else gets caught in your scam. Don't flatter yourself. I definitely will not recommend you or use you ever again.

Top notch service. Eduardo answered on a Sunday and was able to be at my place by the next day. He was upfront and honest about my carpet being too beat up to clean. He could have cleaned it anyway to make money but he was very upfront and honest.

Ed exceeded our expectations. He came on a moments notice and was professional, straightforward and honest. He took care of multiple stains between our house and trailer and was fair with pricing. We will definitely use again!

Only have great things to say about Pro Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Very professional, fast, understandable and reasonable pricing. (They beat my other quotes) We’re fosters at a local rescue and have foster dogs in and out on top of our own puppies. The task today was anything but easy. Would give more stars if I could.

I had years of buildup with a large dog. They came in, and in an hour our carpet looked sooo much better. Will definitely use again

From the get get very responsive and answered all questions over the phone. He showed up on time and was very cordial. I was able to tell him the goals for my carpet cleaning, he spent extra time explaining the entire process and spent extra care and making sure all the stains were removed. I told him upfront my budget for the project and he was very accommodating and professional. As I used to always carpet clean my home, I knew that you should not be walking on your carpet for at least six hours after the fact. He was very personable, transparent with his prices and service and I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned. I was a little skeptical because of all the yelp reviews, but also noticed those who left reviews were not avid yelpers and with any type of business you always have those looking to ruin people people. Without reservations I would recommend him for any type of carpet or upholstery cleaning.

A wonderful man, he was super honest with me about the condition of my carpet. I was only looking for sanitization and that is what he provided. He did a wonderful job and was super kind. I had a standard size bedroom done with deodorizer and scotch guard for $250. Well within my price range.

Renters were in my house less than 3mon did this to my carpet, I found Eduardo on Google, He came the following day & after seeing my carpet, he spent the time & made sure before he left I as a customer would be 100% satisfied. Owesome service, They have been servicing our pool for about one and half years and never had an issue. Very reliable and knowledgeable. They have not only keep my pool clean but also been able to troubleshoot some of the issues that happen like sweeper issues and programming, Filter wash. I am very pleased. Definitely recommend PPS.

Miguel from premium pool service came out the same day we call to check what was wrong with our pool electric panel. He got it to work again and we decided to have him service our pool from now on. We had to let our previous pool guy go because the lack of experience. When Miguel talks to you, you can tell right away that he know his pools.
I would recommend premium pool service to anyone that is thinking of firing their current pool guy. You won’t regret it we haven’t and it’s been 2 years since we had him.

We started our pool service with Premium Pool in December 2024. We were done texting our prior service who let our texts go unanswered while our pool turned green. Premium pool came out immediately and got our pool back into shape. They are consistent with their schedule, you never have to wonder when or if they're coming out. Such a relief for us. They're great with communication and we enjoy our pool report after each service.
