I decided to contact this company for a 'Move-out cleaning' services, because their reviews were pretty good. So I thought I'd give them a try.

I called this company 2 weeks (or so) to schedule the cleaning service for my house. The appointment was confirmed, in advanced and the day before. The morning of my appointment I get a text saying that the cleaners were going to arrive an hour late, which I thought it was okay, no problem. 30 minutes before my appointment I get a call saying my appointment needed to be canceled bescause their employers called off due to memorial day.

I understand some companies may not work on major holidays, and if that's the case for this company, then why CONFIRM my appointment the day BEFORE?? And worst, why cancel 30 mins before my confirmed appointment???

They offered to rescheduled, nothing else. Didn't even offere a complimentary discount for the inconvenience THEY caused for me and my family. They're excuse was that "They're job is a lot of work and a lot of labor". Well, my family and I also did a lot of work/labor for this company by emptying the house for them to complete the service I hired them for. I was very disappointed and frustrated. Never again will I contact this cleaning company.

I ended up hiring another company that charged me a lot less then what this company was charging and even offered me a discount.

I had a housecleaning scheduled yesterday afternoon and I was in aw how they left my place. It was spotless. I have dogs and they took the time to make sure the dog hair was cleaned up. Did I mention it also smelled great!? Thank you cleaning pros. Keep up the great work

Gutters were well cleared of debris, downspouts cleaned and everything cleaned up as described on their web page. All was done in a timely manner. Very friendly and professional staff. My first time trying them and will definitely use their services again without hesitation.

Chris was excellent. He let me know when he would arrive, worked quick, and was even able to clean out my downspouts that clog easily due to being so long.

Chris and his wife Ezra were professional and very attentive to detail when washing the exterior of our house which included windows, sidings, gutters and the cement around house. Definitely recommend them for all interior and exterior home needs!

OMG! Amazing family business!!! They are friendly, polite professional. Best of all, the price is less than $400 comparing to other quotes. My insurance company requested roof cleaning for renewal(many companies requested this). They did an excellent job, Chris sent invoice, statement of work, pictures before and after in a very professional formate the next day. My insurance renewed.
