Update to my review: 9/20/93. Coit in Modesto was contacted by (we believe) the Parent Company concerning our review and they sent out George Marlow, Cleaning Consultant. He was helpful, concerned and said they couldn't fix the blinds but they would replace them at cost. They actually did replace 5 blinds, at a reasonable amount. We had another quote just to make sure it was at cost. We would not ever use them again because of the manager and his lack of concern and response to our problem.
If we were told that they couldn't fix the drapes because they were Bali on the phone it would have gone no further.

I contacted Coit to clean my drapes. I asked if they repaired drapes since 2 had problems with the pull mechanism and they said yes. They came picked them up. I explained they were around 8 years old and they were Bali before he left my home. 9 drapes. A week later he brought them back. He said since they were Bali he couldn’t fix them. That was ok but after he rehung the drapes 5 of the good drapes no longer worked properly. 2 won’t close completely and 3 hang crooked. We took one of the bad drapes back in to show them and took the pictures. They said the drapes weren’t broken by them and they were old and should be replaced. No offer to make it right and now we have broken drapes and no apology. Don’t trust them. So disappointed and discouraged. Our drapes were good quality.

This company performed their cleaning services in a professional and polite manner for all three services they provided for us. We had our carpets cleaned, sofas cleaned and blinds in three rooms taken down and taken to be cleaned. Everything is so clean and beautiful and we are very satisfied Coit customers!! This is a company I highly recommend!!!

Guy was on time and got straight to work for duct cleaning.

While I appreciate the attempt to protect my things from dust and debris, I don't understand why an empty end table got covered, but my laptop sitting right next to it didn't. My ottoman (already covered), got covered, but my camera on tripod next to it didn't.
The guy then tracked cat poop all over my house, and sprayed me in the leg with his floor cleaner. (When he came in with the hand-held pump-tank it was just spouting everywhere.) I almost slipped and fell where he'd sprayed me cause the floor was wet and slippery.

My ducts are clean but my house smells like poop now and I'm not looking forward to deep cleaning and disinfecting my floors for the rest of the day.

Duct cleaning was completed in the estimated 2 hours. The guy was nice, but really made my day harder.

Fantastic customer service! Came to the house in the morning gave us a quote and came back later in the morning to do the carpets. Very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. The carpets came out fantastic! Highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job cleaning my ducts and dryer vents, and they provided great communication and customer service. I'm very pleased with their work and will use them again.

Service is easy to schedule and the technicians are very knowledgeable. We had some difficult areas to clean and they managed to make the carpet and tile look wonderful.

I think they did a good job in ny rug, though I was not happy with the price. I was given an approximate price over the phone and the in home price was much much more than the over the phone quote, even with the 50% discount they say they gave me. Dissappointed!!

Miguel was extremely professional. He went out of his way to get everything extra clean. I’d highly recommend him and Coit for your cleaning job.

I do not recall the gentleman's name but he did a terrific job and was informing me all the way of what he was doing. the kitchen and bathroom floors came out amazing. Prior to my daughter buying the place 3 years ago, she is not sure if these floors were ever professionally cleaned or not, but they were darker look and then they should have, now they look amazing

We expected better quality coming from a big company like Coit. These pictures are the next day after the carpet dried up. I went over it with my Bissel machine and it all came out. They just did a fast job and left.

Coit was very professional from the estimate through the actual cleaning. Our travertine is 14 years old and looked pretty bad, grout lines were dark and rough edges looked pretty dirty. We clean it weekly but Coit made it look brand new. So very happy with the result. Everybody we dealt with were totally professional. Highly recommend!

We had our duct system cleaned by Coit and had a great experience. The two service men were very professional and had great attention to detail to make sure nothing in our home was damaged during the process and that all debris was cleaned up before leaving.

Our first service wasn’t done at all really we were extremely upset but once we contacted them letting them know about our experience they had no problem coming out and making us think that they did the job correctly the Second time even show us pictures of clean ducks. Well now hate to say it. I was really hoping that it was done right first of all for my family‘s health. My wife’s immune compromise so I’ll do anything to make sure she’s safe but now we’ve got a really big problem on our hands. I’ll try to keep you guys informed of how bad this is gonna get
