My upholstery looks and smells great. My Chinese rugs look like new. I appreciate their service of taking the rugs in for cleaning and delivering them when they were done. Very professional.

Coit carpet cleaning services did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Wyatt was a good associate for the Company.

Everything looks fantastic, my rugs look like new again. The service and communication was prompt and very well done. My one criticism was one of the team members to provided the services in home, was unprofessional while conversing with his coworker. It was not directed at myself or my family but was happening around us with children present and it was slightly inappropriate.
Otherwise the services provided were fantastic and I would highly recommend as well as plan to use the service again in the future.

COIT thoroughly explained the process and made our cleaning services a breeze! Their employees arrived on time and did their work in a timely manner, keeping us updated throughout the process. Once work was complete they made sure to clean up and leave everything as it was prior to the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing air duct cleaning or carpet cleaning services!

A bit disappointed this time with the service. This will be my second time using coit for our carpet cleaning, the first time was wonderful. Great communication, timely and our carpets looked brighter. This time, the communication was not great. There was no phone call when the technician was getting close to our home so we were scrambling a bit. I set my appointment well in advance and for some reason I got texts attempting to confirm my appointment for a month before it. I had to reach out to clarify the date I had chosen. Finally, my carpets are not as clean as I hoped they’d be. Yes, I have animals and the high traffic areas are difficult to get totally clean, I understand that. However, there were clear lighter colored stains that I could see were still there after the cleaning that I know I’d get out with my own carpet shampooer, as that’s what I do in between services. Overall, not super impressed this second time around.

As usual, it was great having Miguel back and meeting Codi from Coit to our house today to finish up the water damage/leak repairs in our basement. They were extremely professional, thorough yet still got the job done in a timely manner. I shared with them some stains on a large window covering we have and they were very knowledgeable and helpful on that with me so I am excited to get our blinds back all clean & stain-free in about 6 days! I trust Miguel very much in taking great care of our home and I trusted Codi as well so that I was able to leave the house for several hours, they did their excellent job on the house, locked up and let themselves out. I’m very grateful to have such great contacts as Miguel and Codi for taking care of our home in so many ways.

Dominic was great. He took the time to explain all my options and what he would exactly be doing. He was professional and kind while providing exceptional service. He also explained extra services that Coit offered. I will definitely use Coit again because of Dominic’s customer service.

I called to get an estimate on some work done by previous people in my area that had no business being in the air duct cleaning business.
Coit was very informational, very professional very straight to the point.
As a matter fact, they were less expensive than the idiots I hired in Sonora!
I’ve used them years ago when I was in Oakdale and they were just awesome and the only company I would trust again.
Now I have to battle with fireside pool and spa about the work and the mess that they left before I can get quite to come out and clean it all up. Unbelievable.!
Hands-down Coit is one of the most professional companies I have ever met from the moment you meet them they cover their shoes. They’re very conscientious about contaminating your house. I don’t see any other service do that they are a class act ….. I don’t know anybody that can beat them. The quote was way reasonable for all the work and the cleanliness and the professionalism that they bring.
Less expensive than the two boys that came over to do my house knew nothing about sanitation cleanliness even had to clean the vents. They were left with filth all in them and then they ran out the door and expected to get $650 for cleaning nine vents That they didn’t clean and left my carpet stained from their machine. They rolled in on my relatively new carpets two years old!
They are the best. And they know how to do business.!

I am thrilled with their service. We had them clean our HVAC vents and strip, scrub and reseal our Saltio tiles. The tiles are supposed to be rustic, but they had accumulated dirt and wax over 45 years. They made the floor look as good as the day it was installed. And, they helped us move a piece of furniture!! The photos shows the BEFORE and AFTER.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Miguel and Cody did an outstanding job getting the dog urine smell completely out and leaving my carpets looking and smelling fresh again. They were extremely professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the process and talk with me about cleaning my AC vent system. They also provided a great, straightforward quote. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them! I’ll definitely keep using this company for future cleanings.

Miguel did an outstanding job on my carpets! I appreciated his thoroughness and explanation of everything he was doing. Alec showed great respect for my property and explained every step in detail his process for cleaning the dryer vents. Tino and his partner (I am sorry I am unable to recall his name) were both incredibly nice individuals. Detail-oriented and clearly very proficient in their field. It would be my pleasure to use their services in the future.
