Dealing with Brett at Housey Air for a few years, and one of the nicest companies to deal with. This company is highly recommended for any commercial needs. When it comes to refrigeration and Hvac Units maintenance/ replacement and service. He takes care of all our units in both of our stores.

I came home around 6:30 pm to my house being 95 degrees inside. My air conditioning unit was running but the air coming from my vents was extremely warm.

I called Housey Air. Brett called me back personally, said he come be at my house within 15 mins!

He diagnosed the issues (because there was several) and had parts on hand to replace them. He talked me through all the problems and what parts were needed. I felt extremely informed and he made me feel at ease because he explained everything so thoroughly. He didn’t leave until the job was done, which was at 10:00 pm. I was impressed that on a Friday, late evening he didn’t hesitate to fix my air.

I will be having him back to do my yearly maintenance! I will recommend him to everyone I can because they will get the same great service I had.

We have used Brett Housey for almost a decade of work in our commercial hair salon comprising of around 20 mini split units, and several condensers. Modesto, air duct services came to the house after I have. I had a blocked in one of my vents. They came with their trucks and clean all the vents perfectly and after that did sanitation against Mold inside the system, .
the electricity bill definitely came down. I definitely recommend them again.
