Quick APU service

Really really bad service I went to see if they could fix a leak on my trailer but the where telling me something else that I need to fix but they just wanted to steal from me telling me I need to fix my head from my thermo and that was not the problem but I would not recommend anyone to get work from this place in turlock thermo king I don't think they have a clue what they where telling me

My reefer wasn't cooling, they charged it up, and service it, $1484.00 I think they overcharged me but what can we do, no very many places work on reefers. They were nice people but very expensive.

Awesome place. Had a emergency repair on my trailer fuel tank 1 hour before they closed and they took care of me in about 45 min couldn’t believe it !

Pedro did a fantastic job getting my TK Precedent 600 back up and running on an extraordinarily hot Sunday afternoon. He did so promptly and without complaint, despite the sweltering heat. Thanks Pedro!!!

Hi I haul from Michigan to California . On two occasions I needed work done to my 310sb both times they was rude and came up with any excuse they could not to fix it or even come out and look at my fault codes . On one occasion I took it to Stockton TK were they fixed it fast . On the other I took it to Fresno . I've been dealing with Tk for 28 years . All over the U.S. and have never been treated like they treated me ! They just want you to leave . Thanks Jim W DBA old school trucking

Avoid These scammers at all costs.

Had my TK APU unit checked from em due to coolant leakage, They wanted to change the water pump, condensor fan ( which he said is jammed and non repairable) and coolant hoses leading to coolant tank ( arctic package). And the estimate - a cool $2000 !!! I wasn’t convinced ofcorse so they charged me $136 labour. And when i asked for the written estimate the bald guy at the counter said * i deleted it *.
So i did some digging on my own, opened the screws on the fan and it instantly popped out — worked fine!! Put screws back.

And the coolant hose had a small leakage due to it rubbing against plastic, had that fixed from my local mechanic for $70 !! Works great.
Water pump works perfectly ( it always did) as it was the coolant leaking from the hose that was going into the APU box and leaking from down there!! TK mechanics the fraudsters wanted to change the water pump for that.
I would never recommend such shameless businesses to anyone and told all my friends to avoid em.

Michael is the best guy on parts. I had my reefer broke down & I call him for the part. They close at 05: 00 pm but he wait 1/2 hour extra.

So I recommend this Thermoking. They're the best for parts & service.

These guys are super nice, I didn’t know they gonna close on Friday before Christmas, they helped me to get my trailer back without charging me $500 service for after hour fee, thank you guys

Been losing the ability to cool my sleeper down, previous night it was reading 93 on the thermometer. Hit the controls for A/C. And boom red triangle. Got to my pick up in the morning, got the load moving.
Hours later I remember my APU is not working right. Look up nearest TK, and that is how I end up here.
I did not call ahead as normal, but just showed up at 15:00 on a Friday knowing they close in two hours for the weekend. Check in, completely friendly very tall guy, just drop the trailer and drive in. Work gets started I have Jose, Jose, and Christian working to get my system operational. First we find the hose fitting was loose so all my freon was gone. Me knowing that they are going to have to hooked up the vacuum to test the system, I throw them this "I really need the oil changed" response "no problem." So we got a full service done on the APU, I drove out of there at closing time maybe a little after. The freon loss was covered under warranty, the PM service had reasonable pricing, and I have a working APU. THANK YOU. I will be back to have my Espar bunk heater system serviced.

Got here at around 3:00 in the afternoon. Apu wasn’t working right. Micheal got us right in and they had the problem fixed by 5:00pm. Great service and all the staff were super friendly. Nice to see customer service this good. Also Apu had been working great ever since. Thanks everyone at Thermo King of Turlock Ca!!!

Called at 9pm on a Saturday night. Reefer took out a front main seal! Jose. Had it fixed in under two hours and was a blast to talk to! These guys are top notch! Beyond impressed!! Thank you guys so much!

I had bought it. the battery changed from Riverside CA. It had an 18 month warranty, but these people are not changing it. First they say that the battery is not working properly. Later when Isaid that it was bought from Riverside CA they say that they will not change it. these guy scammer

I left the trailer for repair the trailer is new no scratches at all . I told the guy from office are you going check trailer before I go and he told me you can go you don’t have stay .ok when I return to pick it up it the trailer. had a scratch along of the trailer I told the office staff the trailer has a big scratches i was not like that when I dropped . In order not to make long history I spoke with manager , the manager was very aggressive and rude he was talking to me like a lady from the street so unprofessional he didn’t let me explained nothing He was yielding at me I can’t believe how these Kinds a people work in a customer service place, he need go look a place where he can feel comfortable this not a place for him

My APU went out and I was 3 miles away from this location. I arrived and was called in a little after 8am and Acie checked everything, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me out by noon. Acie has a wonderful personality for a Friday morning...or any morning.
I wasn't sure how or where I was going to turn my trailer around and they did that too while my truck was being serviced. Great service from check in to check out. Thanks guys!!! Much appreciated.

Best TK in Cali hands down the manager Darrell (The tall guy) will answer his cell after hours and go out of his way for advice on any issues you might run into. We send all of our units here the techs are experienced and save you from future problems!

They are awesome!!!!!!! After a few months my apu acted again. But they took care, came through and didn’t even charged me.
