Matt had to go through a lot to change the unit on my house. 3 years ago we moved into a house that passed inspection. Two weeks later the AC went out with my pregnant wife in the house. I called my home warranty company and they said they would send somebody out. They sent out five technicians and five days and they all said they wouldn't work on my roof because of the slope. I called Matt up and he came out and the Home Warranty company would only authorize him to replace the compressor. He recommended to them that they replace the unit. Needless to say it worked for two weeks and went out again. Matt was out the same day for me. The Home Warranty company would not authorize him to work on the property they wanted to send their people out over and over again. None of their people would get on the roof once again I was very frustrated finally American Home Shield send someone out that would get up on the roof, they said they would go ahead and replace the unit and the Home Warranty company is going to cover the $3,000 I have to pay the rest out of pocket. The guy that showed up in my house looked very sketchy and I didn't feel comfortable with him around my family. I called Matt up and he gave me a quote. It was way more than the $3000 Home Warranty company was willing to cover. However I was still going to have to pay this tweaker they sent to my house $2,500 for the crane and the flashing and some extra pieces around the AC unit that goes on the roof. I chose Matt Smith, And for a couple grand extra I got a more efficient unit. I got really clean good-looking work on my house which is important, and I got a guy that was out there right away to take care of me and my family. Matt hook me up with the HERO program which allowed me to use the extra money in a small loan with my property taxes that I got to write off. 3 years later everything's going great not a problem and we're so grateful to have Matt as our AC guy. He's honest and cares about his clients.

These are very professional people that come out and do their job and our friendly and courteous, I highly recommend them.

I had a great encounter with Matthew, a few weeks ago when it got scorching hot for a while I called them up I’m sure they were super busy but my AC was not working. It wouldn’t kick on and my wife was mad. I explained to Matthew my wife was stuck home and that we had a toddler in the house. It ended up needing a new part for a switch or something but he came out the same day as soon as he could and fixed it. I’m super happy with this business and thankful for the responsiveness even though I’m sure there were plenty others like me. You could tell he looked tired from the day but made it out to help my family. I would 100% recommend this heating and air business to anyone looking for any needs big or small I have a old unit and I know exactly who I’m calling when I need a new one. You can tell by the vehicle and apparel that is someone who takes pride in they’re work and is clean and organized like myself. Again super thankful for making it work!

They installed an air conditioning and heating unit in my garage. I was concerned about the way the unit outside would look but it turned out looking great. It only took a little over 3 hours to install and looks great. They showed me how to work the unit and cleaned up. You couldn’t tell they were there except for the new units. I highly recommend them.
