Buyer beware! They installed AC and furnace but the Ac unit leaks badly. It seems they cut every corner. Can't reach them bu phone. They are unreliable in installation based on my terrible experience.

I don’t even know where to start with this company they did not finish the job. The owner was completely unprofessional to my husband and I overcharged wanted cash so that he didn’t have to claim his money.
He did not get a permit for the job
And we had to pay another company to come in and finish what he left a mess
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Have worked work Airmergency on a number of properties, absolutely incredible service and knowledge in heating and air. Only trust them, send all our clients, colleagues and friends there.

This van nearly ran me off the road today! Unbelievably unprofessional. One of their employees drives like a crazy person and is incredibly unsafe. This doesn’t appear to be unusual behavior for this company. I won’t use them and will let other people know as well.

Don't know about their AC work but if you're trying to merge onto the highway you can count on their vans speeding up to run you off the road 👍 Apparently they prefer tailgating the car in front of them over maintaining speed like a sane person. Have yall ever heard of zipper merge?

The entire team at Airmergency was extremely professional and thorough. They were able to diagnose the problem with my HVAC system quickly and efficiently. I’m so grateful for their services.

Most horrible customer service ever. My unit is only 5 years old. They came out, and said I needed a new unit. They said the compressor was bad and it would be over $2000 to fix it. Then gave me a 10 speil about anew unit, this and that. I declined thinkingno way the existing unit was kaput. I called Sawer''s and the Tech told me they were lying and he replaced a "Dual capacitor" and.she was up and running in 10 min.........ill never Call Air Emergency, nor should you. What a bunch of crooks!

They gave a date for appt to install new furnace and A/C units, then we had to call countless times before they finally showed up about 4 weeks later. Ever since the installation the A/C has leaked water through our ceiling. Probably it was not installed properly. Can't reach them to repair it now so we have to find other means. I would not recommend them to anyone!

I called Airmergency in a panic because our AC went out when it was 106° out! I have two small children and it was the peak of the heat, our house got to 90° in less than 30 mins :( When I called the office, the office gal was so nice and understanding, she sensed the urgency and she scheduled me right away, they came out a couple hours later! The owner came and explained everything to me, and what parts stopped working. He was able to fix the problem in about an hour, and he even stayed to wash and change all of our filters, check out the furnace and the Freon liquid levels. He turned it on and cold air immediately started coming out of my vents. I almost cried! I appreciate Airmergency so much. I will ALWAYS use them for all my AC or heat issues and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family! THANK YOUUUU!!!

I hope for their customers' sakes that they are better at installing AC then they are at driving. At least one of their workers drives like he's auditioning for the next Fast and Furious movie. If you see a black work van merging onto the highway with their name on it, stay at least a mile away!

I cannot believe the quality of work, lack of knowledge, organization and preparation this company lacks. Our floor furnace finally stopped working and this is the company our property manager sent out. This entire process took over 2 months and 7 scheduled visits. The technician was the first to come out and i was very happy with how professional he was. After that the owner (Jaymon) was involved and everything went down hill. They supposedly ordered a floor unit but on the day they were suppose to instal it he decided the floor would not accommodate a larger floor unit and a wall unit would be better. We took time off work to be home during business hours so the wall unit could be installed only to told by the secretary that Jaymon had a headache and couldnt make it. On the next attempt to have our heater installed they claimed it fell off the forklift and was damaged. They did some prep work and had to use our tools because none of their 3 batteries were charged. I had my mother drive an hour to our house so they could finally install the heater. They were 2 hours late and when i got home i was appalled at how they "installed" our heater. The vent on the roof was simply slid under 1 layer of shingles and siliconed. None of the ducts were securely fastened. There is still a hole in my ceiling. The actual unit was not recessed in the wall between the studs it was set directly against the was and not secured to the wall. The unit is only inplace because of the duct going through our ceiling. The thermostat is 2 feet away from the unit making it impossible to regulate a consistent temperature in the house. The cord from the unit to the thermostat is right on the wall held inplace with nails. The only positives i have to say about Jaymon is that he did come out a few times on the weekend when we werent working and his secretary sent us some portable heaters to use for the 2 months that we did not have a heater. I would NOT give this company any more business.

AirMergency did a complete HVAC system for me along with zoning. The HVAC system that came with my home was not sufficient and would run all the time. I called Jaymon Jordan (owner of AirMergency) and he gave me my options that ranged in price (all fair and less than other quotes I had received). I went with the best option and he and his team had everything installed in 2 days. They were great to work with and have come back to adjust my system a few times at no charge! I couldn’t be happier with my new HVAC system and will continue to use AirMergency only for all my HVAC needs. Anytime anyone needs a HVAC referral, I send them AirMergency’s number and they always call me afterward to thank me for the referral.

WOW! 106 degree weather, searched air conditioning repair Modesto and Airmergency was at the top as far as reviews, 5 star reviews on yelp and Facebook. Called them and they were at my house in less than 20 minutes.. Owner answered phone and said he was in my area ( Turlock ) and could squeeze us in on way to his next call along with not even charging for a diagnostic fee! all I can say is our family is cool and we would recommend these guys to anyone!!! reviews on yelp and Facebook don't lie! Thank you Airmergency for the repair on our AC

From beginning to end Airmergency exceeded my expectations. I was so grateful for their help and understanding during a heat wave and getting me on the schedule as soon as possible. Office staff was great & techs were professional. Prices were reasonable & beat other quotes I received. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

My AC has been broken for 3 days, I was told by another company that I needed a whole new unit that would cost over $11k, within 5minutes of being at my house my AC was back in business with a quick fix! Jaymon is the best and saved me the cost of a new ac!!! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable, I have already told my whole family that they need to use Airmergency!!!!

Straight Awesome and I feel good!! We had two companies come out told us we have to replace our unit. I did not have the money to do it. Called airemegency, and they repair the issue. A plus customer service!!!! Jerry, Dylan and Malikai refused to leave my house until my brand new ac unit was working properly. They ran into a few issues but handled everything like true professionals. It was extremely hot but these guys worked right through the heat like nothing. I will only use this company moving forward. If I could give this company 15 stars I would. A Huge thank you to these guys, they saved our lives during this heat wave!! Forever grateful!!!!

When my heat when out in my home I called 3 different companies for quotes. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive. But due to their prompt service I chose to go with them and I'm glad I did. After they installed the new unit on the roof the unit failed after a week and and at no cost to me they removed that unit and replaced it with a new one. While we were going through all that they checked up on us all the time and they brought out portable heaters to keep us warm. Jamon and his crew service my unit at my home and at my rental and I will always continue to use them.

Had my older AC unit stop working in the thick of the summer. Called Airmergency and they sent someone out the same day. They came and diagnosed my issue, told me why and how it happened. He didn’t try to up sell me on a new unit or sell me anything that I didn’t need. Just a good, honest company helping a family in need of cool air in the scorching summer. Problem was resolved within an hour including a maintenance and Freon top off. I would highly recommend Airmergency for any diagnostic or repair. I will definitely be going through them when it’s time to install a new system! 5 stars!

I called Airmergency when our AC stopped blowing cold air. The office staff gal was super friendly and scheduled me the following day. The service call fee was reasonably priced and the tech showed up within the 2 hour time frame she had given me. Tech told us the issue and quoted us the repair price on the spot.
