Best experience with an HVAC company ever. I highly recommend this owner-operated small business. I needed help with a mini-split installation. Other local companies wanted to charge me an arm and leg, or didn’t want to help at all since I didn’t purchase the unit through them. I contacted DC Mechanical had heard back from Drew right away. I explained what was needed and was given a very reasonable estimate and an appointment. Communication was great, and I knew exactly when he would arrive.

Drew was very professional, neat, and polite. I was impressed how well his clean truck was organized. He had everything he needed, and had a place for everything making the job efficient. He explained what he planned to do, and offered some options for me to consider.

The installation was great and the unit works better than I had hoped. I was so pleased with the service, I signed up with DC Mechanical for the semi-annual HVAC service. He came a week later and I received the same exceptional service. He spent a good amount of time on roof, and then explained what he had found and fixed at no additional charge. Drew from Dc mechanical came and identified the issues of why we were not getting any cool air. Our hvac system was also very old and he suggested it would be better for the long run to do a new install. We made the decision to go through with it and just get a new install. Whole process was very smooth and he communicated with us along the way of what was being done. He shows up on time and performs his trade in a highly manner.
