Joshua, the service technician, was very professional, helpful, friendly and did a great job replacing the defective thermostat and changed the vent filters and vacuumed up debris before he left. I always use DeHart and receive great service.

Jordan spent a lot of time explaining different options for heating/air for our home with equipment and pricing. He was honest about the process and made us feel comfortable with the information so that we can make the best decision for us.

Lauren was extremely helpful and friendly. He took care of all of our issues and was quicker than I thought it would take. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I decided I was due for a duct cleaning and my heating unit wasn't working, so I called DeHart to get an estimate. Carlos was here by mid-afternoon and thoroughly inspected my unit. It being almost 20 years old, I expected bad news, but Carlos went into great detail of what to expect with repair versus a new unit. It all made sense and I'm getting a new unit as well as a new water heater. Prices have gone up since my last upgrades, but so has everything else. I feel good about getting it all done now instead of later. Carlos was great!!!

My experience with Jordan was great. I love the honesty and knowledge from this company He explained everything so you would understand it. He showed you pictures of the problem or what was my issue that I was having.

We had a huge project here and Greg was a team player. Today he poured concrete into a chasm in the driveway underneath where the house water pipe had been replaced. This is one of many things this team accomplished.

We were disappointed DeHart knows the systems failed around 13% of the time.
It it was a struggle to get the system repaired quickly. I did expect, since we purchased the system from De heart that we would have had better cooperation. The technician did what he could performed well under his constraints. we were still with out of heat for 5 days and my wife is now with a high fever and not able to get warm. 45 degress is difficult for 74 year olds. It may sound like a boohoo story but it is customer service.

The only reason I’m giving a 3 star review is because of what I feel are pushy sales tactics. When it comes time for the repair they give you 4 choices worded as Preferred, Best, Basic and Bandaid. My HVAC system is roughly 15 years old and had been well maintained and filters changed monthly without fail. They pushed for a replacement system. All my system needed was two roll out switches! This is the first repair it has ever needed yet I’m told I should replace the system. Also, choosing to repair it or in their words put a bandaid on it; their choice to use the word bandaid I feel is insulting.

Matt, Dylan, Rudy, and Anthony all did an AMAZING job! All very clean and thorough. Very respectful young men, answered all our questions, and assured all is completed before they left. Would highly recommend DeHart plumbing heating and air. To all our friends and family.

Jonah and Travis were awesome. They were diligent troubleshooters, and hard workers. They were very neat, and they gave me real time updates as they tested each component of my furnace. I would happily have Jonah or Travis out to work on my equipment in the future.

Our technician came and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and confirmed what we thought that we had a leak under our slab. He stayed and helped me open up a claim with AAA just great customer service. I’m looking forward to working with them in fixing our plumbing.

Jon did an excellent job. He even swept and cleared everything off. Looks better than I left it for him. Richard was also awesome. Very informative. The only question I could ask was how much. I will be a life long member.

My Dehart Tech was Joshua Wells. I Loved how he explained what he did and what I would need to do in the future. I have put in my Calendar for the "Hard Start Kit" and will call for an appointment in April or May.

John came in with a positive attitude and was able to listen to my concerns and review previous work and advise next steps like a professional. Appreciate the attentiveness and ability to work through issues onsite quickly.

DeHart failed to fix my AC issue on two separate visits, despite being billed for both. I then had another company inspect the system, and the problem turned out to be an extremely simple fix. It appears the initial work was careless and inattentive. I also received an unprofessional and aggressive call from the owner. Compared to other AC companies in Modesto that have been very pleasant to work with, my experience with DeHart was disappointing. Anyone seeking reliable service should strongly consider other options.

My water heater quit working. I contacted DeHart Plumming. They worked around my schedule to make an appointment. Once I met Miguel, their employee, he gave me an estimate. We settled on a price. As he drove out of my driveway, I stopped him to let him know that a family member offered to fix my situation who used to work for a similar company, and this was done at the last minute. Miguel was very kind. I felt bad about ending our plan so quickly, but Miguel was very professional in his manner and not rude in any way. I see DeHart Plumming trucks around town all the time, so I know that they're busy. I would recommend this company based on Miguel's kindness, as well as his overwhelmingly generosity about giving me the option for him to drive out of town (for about an hour, or so) to get a backup heating plan to allow ol' me to have warm water in the meantime. I felt kind of humbled about that, and I declined, but WOW! What amazing business! I wiuld Highly recommend them! Miguel deserves an honor and a big, fat raise.:)

I would rate my experience with DeHart as a definite 10! Everyone from the office staff, sales and service crew were very polite, knowledgeable, great communication skills , everyone was very personable, they definitely recommend them. I had a tankless water heater installed along with the halo water filter and also Under the house re-piping. everything was done expertly and on time.
