The install for an AC and Heater unit was quick. Then when I went to use the heater .. nothing..and they came out and it ran for maybe 3 weeks then Nothing.. now I’m boiling water and had to spend money on a heater to stay above 60 degrees.. they just left me with no heating element and I spent 15000

DeHart plumber Ivan Velasquez was very courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He repaired 2 leaking hose bib pipes in one afternoon. He answered all my questions and cleaned up when done.

I bought my home 3 months after the previous owner had you guys install a new unit in the summer. When the first rain came the crooked pipe installed going through my ceiling and out roof started leaking. When I called they would not help me and tried to charge me to come look at it. I would highly recommend using a more professional company that does not leave your home in worse shape than they found it. I should have paid and had it fixed right away, now I have a huge water damage bill.

I’ve been using Chrisp Air for all my appliance needs for about four years now. Always helpful, friendly, and honest.

This is the poorest thing of a business owner , has no class and cancels out of a appointment at the last half hour before the appointment, uses very weak excuses for not being able to show up I called a week in advance to schedule this and he had no problem, when i called him he kept fumbling on the phone trying to find the appointment that he was suppose to meet but never stated yes here is your name I have it, he then came up with a lame excuse he had to go to class, so why was he not telling us ahead of time to say he could not make it , what a joke of a man for a business owner.

dad n son were nice and fixed my problem, for now, but their labor charge is ridiculous for how little they were even here. It s not just them. the entire profession needs to be regulated as the rates for labor are insane for what they actually do.

They charged me 450 dollars to repair my refrigerator. 3 weeks later had the same problem. They came out to look at it and told me that part are obsolete, they can't fix it. Kept my 450 bucks.. very unprofessional crooks.
