Chris saved us this year. Our ac broke this summer and he responded quickly and resolved the issue. After replacing a few components our ac blows cold as ice. Then our heater broke and he saved us again. Thanks Chris I'll recommend you every time.

Chris saved us again. My ac broke down again, with a problem unrelated to his last visit, and he came over on a Saturday and fixed my air conditioner with the parts he had stocked on the truck. Talk about a life saver. It's 107 degrees and he went up on the roof for an hour and fixed my system. It's never blown this cold. Thanks again

I just had Chris and his dad out to my house last week when my refrigerator was not keeping things cold. It's true he only charged $25. for the service call They were knowledgable and very honest and I would call them again in a heart beat.

Chris and Andrew were very honest and professional. There experience with hvac system saved me thousands of dollars. I had 3 different companies come by and give me estimate for the repair. They all told me to replace the unit which was going to cost me anywhere between $6000 to $11500. Chris was able to diagnose the problem and found a leak in the Schrader valve which cost me $100.00. Yes $100.00. I highly recommend him with all your needs.

Chris and his dad came the day I called to assess the commercial Pepsi fridge that wasn’t working right. He quickly found the problem, ordered the needed part and had it installed 2 days later.

PLEASE READ! BEWARE!

I’m not one to write reviews often but this one was needed. First of all, I gave 1 star for showing up on time and 1 star for properly identifying the issue. Now for the background.

I had an issue with my refrigerator and freezer not cooling so my wife decided to call Chrisp Air. She scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time the next day which was great! As they showed up, I headed to bed because I worked graveyard. I was awoken by my wife stating that Chris diagnosed the issue (replacing an inverter control board) and stated he could fix the issue for $975.

Suspiciously, I stepped down and Chris went on to tell me that he had the control board in his truck and because he hadn’t used it offered us a discount from $1,200 to $975. He went on to say that the control boards were back ordered and could take up to 6 months to get and it could be more expensive because of tariffs. The control board had 2 male and female clips and connected to the compressor which was easily accessible. I had one replaced on the same unit before and it took 5 minutes to install by a home warranty contractor.

He went on to say our refrigerator was valued at $15k as if $975 was a drop in the bucket. We kindly stated we would pass and he stated if we changed our mind to call him.

After he left, I immediately got the model name (Embarco 200D5948P023) and searched it online. I immediately was send to Amazon which had one for $85 same day shipping. I of course ordered it and installed it in 5 min which got it to work. Mind you this was an OEM product that was exactly the same as the one he had from his truck which I saw myself.

Now I want to be clear, I don’t mind paying someone for their business because everyone has bills and if he would have been reasonable I would have easily paid the man a couple hundred dollars for his time but he clearly was price gouging my wife.

I’ve read some of the other negative reviews on here that mention the same thing and I am here to say it happened to us. This company is not trustworthy and will take advantage of you.

I will leave all my speculations out of this review but this was just not right. $800 worth of “labor” for 5 minutes cannot be justified. Instead, he left with his service call rate. I am a first responder and it would be on my conscience if I did not warn you all about this company. Very disappointing.

Had a stove top that was acting up and after giving these guys a call they headed right over and diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be something I could fix myself (it was in need of some cleaning) and they were very professional in informing me and walking me through their diagnostic steps.

While they were leaving, I remember I had a small issue with my fridge I wanted to confirm, I showed them what I was seeing and they had no issues helping me make sure my issue was what I thought it was and even helped walk me through what I needed to do to correct the problem.

Very professional, personable and overall a cool set of guys. It's nice to see a repair group who isn't always interested in up selling you something.

Chris came today, on a Sunday afternoon. He repaired my ac in 102 degree weather. My ac is on the roof and he didn't hesitate to get his ladder and tools out and had my unit repaired in no time. It's blowing ice cold now. I highly recommend you call him to get your ac serviced.

I have used Chrisp Air for multiple issues for the last 10 years or so. Chris and Andrew are very professional, always on time and prepared for the task at hand. They repaired my central heating unit in the middle of winter, replaced my hot water heater, installed my new kitchen appliances and today, a 100 degree plus day, came out and got my AC unit running like new! Chris took my call for help at home at 8:00 last night and was here at 8:00 this morning. I highly recommend these guys. They are old-style, honest men and know their stuff!

Chris is the man! He was able to come out same day to diagnose my Samsung fridge and also had the lowest diagnostic fee out of any other company. In less than 15 minutes he was able to determine what was wrong, he was able to get the parts that day and return the very next day and complete the repair job. He completed the job in a timely manner, and was very professional and honest. He literally saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator. Would highly recommend this company and I will personally be using them in any future appliance repair needs.

Got to me right away, very efficient and helpful. I appreciated the honesty and the fair prices. Both gentlemen who came by to look at my oven were absolutely fantastic and didn't bs me or try to overcharge me. Felt completely comfortable as a woman with a baby home alone having them in my home. 10/10 would highly recommend and will be using for any future repair needs thank guys!

Quick Service between quoting and showing up to do the work! Knowledgeable on making repairs! Fixed my stove so it is back in working order! The touch screen is good as new. Very friendly! I would have them work do for me again!

I’m really happy with the service I received. My washer suddenly stopped filling with water, and I wasn’t sure if it was a plumbing issue (we had plumbers come out on 3 different occasions prior to this for different issues) or the machine itself. Turns out plumbing issues or fixes can push sediment into the washing machine water value pipe line which clogs it! Chris was knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was wrong, and completed the repair efficiently. Honest, fairly priced, professional, and reliable service. Highly recommend. Would use again. Chris was great. My fridge frosted over and I couldn’t make a repair reservation through GE for over a week. I called CrispAir and he came the next morning (on a Saturday!) diagnosed the problem with the heating coil and came back the next day to fix it. It turned out we needed a different replacement part, so he got one the next morning and came back to do the repair AND replaced the fan. All during a holiday weekend! Great work and great customer service at a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling again for any HVAC or electrical work needed.
