Two toilets were backing up, Steve from DeHart came to the rescue (same day service) and fixed the problem. Great service at a great price. Couldn't be happier. He even noticed my tub wasn't draining (different problem) and took a few minutes and fixed that too, as a courtesy. Big thanks to Steve and DeHart Plumbing.

Lauren was great ! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was a little hesitant to make an appointment but I’m glad I did. I had a great experience.

Great service today from Anthony Beal at DeHart. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, and personable. He even went the extra mile by picking up a new type filter I didn’t realize I needed. I have used DeHart for 15+ years and have never been disappointed with their service.

From arrival (on time), throughout the entire service, our tech was informative, precise, professional, courteous & friendly. So good that we would greatly prefer to have him return for service!!!!!

Drew was a great help today with an issue that has been bothering us since our house was built. We are very thankful for his work and pleased with the detail and care he put into resolving the issue. DeHart scheduled him same day, and the problem was resolved quickly.

Carlos conducted a complete inspection of the HVAC system. He then contacted me and discussed the results in detail. He asked for my inputs and what I was looking for in my repair needs. He provided three estimates for different systems that fit my preferred system desires. This visit was only to inspect my HVAC system and provide estimates for repair.

The plumber was nice but the lady on the phone said $89 per line clean out so I figured it wouldn’t be too much but when plumber said that price was for members only and he was going to just snake the pipe, I declined the work order. (I have a snake and have done that already). He did offer to go under the house to check the pipes but if the price wasn’t going to be $89 per pipe line clean out, I didn’t want to continue. He did say that it wasn’t a sure fix so I appreciated his honesty.

If you’re looking for a reliable technician, Drew from DeHart Plumbing, Heating, and Air is the way to go. He was thorough, communicative, and very transparent with his estimate. He solved our plumbing issue quickly and treated us with great respect. It really felt like customer service the way it used to be. We will definitely be calling them again!"

Lauren from DeHart Plumbing was absolutely amazing, educational and informative. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to determine if we had a leak. Thankfully there was no leak but he was able to confirm where the water was coming from..the culprit was the caulking that was missing in the shower. Always Professional, polite, and a straight shooter. We're in good hands with Jonah. When you gotta have it fixed and done right, we keep DeHart on speed dial. They've never let us down, not just HVAC, but plumbing too. We've used both of their services.

Service representative Travis White performed an exceptional inspection on our heating unit. He explained everything he was checking gave advice on keeping the unit running well. HE is a very personable young man. TRAVIS thanks for job well done.

Stephen was great he was very knowledgeable. He was very polite I had them out to clean drain. But ended up getting a whole house Filtration system. Due to the quality of water in my area. The price they quoted was very reasonable and they were able to do it same day.

All the techs that worked on installing my new heating and air unit were exceptionally. Their work was high quality and their customer service was excellent. I want to especially thank Ivan, Daniel, Gregory, Jordon, and the first Tech I saw, Jose for being such professionals. They are awesome people and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Loved the tech ! I as very thorough
It is a new unit and this is the second time we had an issue. Andrew identified it and fixed it but the part took a long time and we were without a heater for 2+ weeks in the coldest part of the winter. The company and the techs are pretty awesome - not so sure about the product

Josh has been so helpful with maintaining our systems , questions and installing helpful parts! And most importantly made me feel comfortable in our home with children. Thanks DeHart!

Brandon was very pleasant and professional. He listened to what I had to say and completed a thorough diagnostic and cleaning to be on the safe side before giving me the news I needed a new thermostat. I felt very confident he had done everything he could and gave me a detailed explanation of options with no pressure to choose which product to choose. He went out of his way to hurry since I needed to get back to work. Even though it was costly, I felt really good about the whole process. Brandon seems to be an excellent technician with a genuinely great personality.

Thank you, Dan and Dehart for your expertise in diagnosing and fine tuning our new HVAC system. Complicated case with the new technology embedded in today's HVAC units. Dan was wise to call on several others, real time, within the Dehart company to troubleshoot and remedy the situation as a team. Several hours of testing and settings adjustment, but in the end...total success. Just like the Dehart brand promises. Impressive.
