TMC did a remarkable job installing a whole house fan and attic fan . We met Tim and were impressed with his professionalism and with in four days the job was completed. His crew were friendly, efficient,and knowledgeable. I highly recommend TMC and plan on using them for all my heat/ air projects.

I would recommend TMC over and over again. He had a prompt response. Our heater had quit working in the evening and had no idea what could be wrong and I needed someone to fix it promptly since my baby and wife were sick. June 2024 update:
I want to say I continue to love TMC Heating & Cooling. They have been maintaining my HVAC units for a long time now. Their annual service plan is very affordable and their technicians are always on time, polite, professional and helpful. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I always get very fast appointments. My units are close to 30 years old and when they finally fail I will have TMC replace them. Awesome work!

TMC Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company I've used. The owner, Tim Coranado is truly awesome. I needed duct work repairs about 4 years ago & he did that for me. Then this weekend, during a bad heat wave my a/c went out. I called him in the morning & he was out about 4 hours later. He fixed everything, and even connected existing common wires so smart thermostats could work. We subscribed to his biannual service plan he offers. His prices are great! He's friendly and professional & his work is clean. I will continue to recommend him for all your HVAC needs.

I’d like to take the time to say thanks and what an awesome job Tim and his crew did at my house after using tmc to service my old unit it was time for a whole new system. His crew did an awesome job. They get there in the morning and get right to work and at the end of the day everything was all cleaned up. The new unit operates perfectly and very quiet can’t even hear when it’s on! Would definitely recommend to any one that is having issues with their hvac system! Thanks again guys!

After our dinosaur of an A/C unit went out, Tim and Alex came out to our home and installed a beautiful new unit for us. They were so honest and professional, transparent and communicative through out the whole process. We are so happy with our new unit and thankful for their honesty and professionalism. Very satisfied! Communication was great, installation effort ran a bit over schedule (things happen) everything was well coordinated, and then wrapped up promptly. I was without heat for two weeks with three young kids, they showed up on a Friday, got the heater element replaced and then got the AC component wrapped up the following Monday. Extremely responsive, communicated all times to show up, and very polite. Would recommend to anyone...

Tim and Alex were great to work with. Communication was great throughout the process, their work ethic is fantastic and they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the job, and their prices are very reasonable. I was referred to TMC from a co-worker who raved about Tim and his crew. I was pleasantly surprised on how nice, kind and helpful every single person I've spoken with at TMC. Miss Jessica was my first contact and I absolutely appreciated her taking the time to talk with me and answer all of my questions. I had some dealings with another HVAC company and I was not impressed. TMC was upfront about costs, expectations and timelines. TMC's transparency is what sealed the deal for me. Tim and his crew were on-time, were detailed with the work and gave me updates along the way. Even after the crew cleaned and packed up, Tim made a final walkthrough to ensure my home was left clean. Adolfo and Melvin were out today to service my unit. I purchased the fire and ice package. The guys were quick, thorough and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I might have had. Staff is always respectful and courteous when they come out. I refer everyone to TMC and if you are wondering, stop. Just give Tim a call and his team will take good care of you!

I continue to be very pleased with TMC Heating & Cooling. Customers don't ask much, please do your job and I will pay the price we agreed upon. Time after time, other companies don't do their part. When I find a company like TMC that goes over and aboard to serve their customers, I want to spread the word. Good People!

TMC Heating & Cooling in Modesto installed a new Ruud heating and cooling system in my home in 2021. They were precise and professional in its installation. Recently the pressure switch failed on my heater unit but Adolfo from TMC came out replaced the switches. My system is back and running perfectly again. Thanks Adolfo for your expert work!

Called TMC to tune-up my heater before the cold weather sets in. John and Michael came by and checked out my system. They thoroughly inspected my unit and made necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Both gentlemen were courteous and skillful in completing their task. I will continue to utilize TMC in my future HVAC needs.

We were so very happy with TMC heating and cooling. They did a thorough evaluation and recommended bigger ducts and returns for our system. When they did the work, they were meticulous. From keeping every spec of insulation vacuumed up, to working quietly in the attic, to taking photos of their work, it was an easy experience(for us!). We are very happy with the improvements. We highly recommend them!

Aldolfo was great and we appreciated his tenacity in getting our heater back up in running condition. It was not an easy fix and took longer than expected but the company made it all right and our heater is back better than new. We joined their “Fire and Ice Maintenance” program and look forward to more great service with this company. Highly recommend!

Had a problem with my AC and called TMC. Adolfo serviced the unit, explaining everything I needed to know. I was so pleased with his knowledge and honesty I decided to sign up for the company's maintenance program.
In summary they were, on time, knowledgeable, respectful and honest.

TMC was awesome! They came out quickly to help care for an elderly couple (our tenants) in the hottest of heat.
They examined the A/C and saw the need for replacement. They sent us pictures to show the problem. They were very kind and professional. They even provided a temporary portable A/C to help the elderly couple during the time it took to install a new one.
I would highly recommend TMC heating and cooling! They are trust worthy!

We had an installation of a brand new heating and cooling system at our home and TMC was fantastic! Jessica was so nice and always quick to respond to my texts, and the gentlemen who did our installation were so professional, nice and patient (my puppy would not leave them alone 😅) They also got the entire installation done in a single day - our neighbors could not believe it! 10/10 would recommend their services and are so grateful to the whole team 🙂
