TMC Heating and Cooling did an excellent job fixing my AC system. The technician that came to my home is named Tim. He responded back to me quickly and was very professional. Tim had my AC system going within a hour. TMC was very reasonable with the price for the repair.I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.

I would highly recommend TMC Heating & Cooling to anyone needing service. TMC handled an urgent matter very promptly and got our facility up and running within a couple hours of putting in a request.

TMC just serviced my AC unit. Excellent service, on time, very professional. They installed the heating & air system 3 years ago very happy with the unit.

I have had the pleasure of receiving excellent heating and air conditioning maintenance service for the last three plus years. I purchased their 2 year MAINTENANCE program and found it a great fit for our home and will be signing up for that option again. Melvin and Michael were out today, May 20, 2024. They are experts in this field and are very attentive to detail. My husband and I have great confidence in their work. Their skills expand to being extremely respectful and kindhearted. I APPRECIATE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TEAM SO MUCH!!!! I signed up for a renewal on my maintenance package. I stand behind what I’ve written in the past. A new member of the team’s professional, Adolfo, arrived on time to brainstorm an AC problem. He is a great addition to the team and embraces the conscientious devotion to high quality and trustworthy work for their clients. I’m 71. I reveal my age to emphasize the fact that I’ve experienced many companies over my lifetime. When I state that this is the company you can trust and need to provide maintenance or new equipment, I am providing sound advise. A huge shoutout of APPRECIATION.

The technician (Adolfo) that came to service our unit was very detailed oriented and very thorough with his findings and solutions. This was something that was very appreciated on my end because there was no sense of somebody just trying to sell me on something I truly didn’t need. Tim and his employees are always professional and quick to assist with any issues. We have used TMC four times now and will continue to use them for future repairs and services. With both repairs we have had, they were able to fix the issue and replace parts the same day! We also used them to install our quiet cool house fan. They had the best deal and even submitted the rebate for us with the city. With their excellent customer service, I highly recommend them for all things heating and cooling.

TMC is the best! They have excellent and experienced technicians. We called them and they were out promptly the very next day. They troubleshooted our problem and fixed our unit so we didn’t have to be without air during these very hot days. I highly recommend them and appreciate them!

Service was beyond amazing! We called end of day on Friday and got an appointment for the next day (Saturday) without an emergency fee or anything. They came early which was awesome and completed all of the repairs in one visit. We had Adolfo and he was so kind and even took the time to explain EVERYTHING to my husband. 100% recommend!

I am so happy I found TMC Heating and Cooling! I was experiencing issues with my air conditioner and they were able to send a technician out within two days. They even called me to get someone out sooner but I was unavailable. When the technician (Adolfo) arrived he was very kind and answered all my questions. He did a very thorough job evaluating the issue and took care of it right away.

I was really worried about finding a good heating and air company because there are so many out there. But I believe TMC is very honest and really cares about doing a good job without trying to cheat or overcharge you. I will definitely recommend TMC to everyone I know!

Update: TMC has now replaced my 40 year old system. The new unit is much quieter and should be more energy efficient. They were very understanding about my many questions, and did a pre-check before I signed the contract, to ensure my existing vent system would work with the new unit.

My air conditioner stopped working shortly into the long, fierce heatwave hitting the West Coast. They scheduled the earliest available appointment (the third business day following my call), then put me on a priority to come earlier if possible. They got here the next business day (TIM & another technician).

While I had to call the office the following morning because the system failed again, TMC's response was equally impressive. ADOLFO was out by noon and fixed--at no charge--an additional problem he found. All the technicians were very courteous, professional and understanding. MARTHA in the office was equally terrific. I've dealt with HVAC companies in the past who didn't seem to care how long someone went without heat or air. TMC CARES.

Their response fixing the additional problem at no charge makes me feel very comfortable with their integrity. I hope to have TMC replace part or all of my older system this fall when the weather is more moderate.

Great customer interaction on my remote for the Whole House Fan. I dropped it and it didn’t work. Troubleshooting, new battery and it was working fine. They brought an extra remote in case it could not be fixed. I was very relieved. Fast service. Quick response. Excellent company. Such a wonderful company with integrity.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience than what I received from TMC heating and cooling. From their customer service to their workmanship, they're an excellent company to rely on. Their service tech Adolfo was very thorough, knew what he was doing, made sure he showed you the defective part and even took the time to find out if the defective part was under a warranty (even though their company didnt install our AC unit.). No surprises on the overall billing because everything was discussed prior to repairs. I will definitely be using TMC from here on out and recommend them to whomever needs air and heating services.

Everyone has been friendly and very informative. Techs explained issues with my AC and that given it is 22 years old, I will probably replace it next year. No pressure to do it right away. I will use this service again as well as recommend them.

TMC is an absolutely AMAZING company. They installed new ducts, a house fan, and an attic fan in my house. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. I got multiple bids for my project from some really great companies, but TMC came out on top due to their knowledge base, their customer service, and their incredible prices. For any of your home heating or cooling projects, they really need to be a company that you call for a chance to get your business. Not doing so will most certainly be a regret.
