My unit had a faulty part, and even though the supplier initially sent the wrong replacement, John and his amazing office team (Ember) somehow worked a miracle and secured the correct part. They made the entire process quick, smooth, and completely painless. I felt truly cared for throughout the whole experience. Essentra Heating and Air is amazing and they provide excellent customer service. My thermostat stopped working & I had no reading on the panel. Technician Giovanni came right away in the morning for a diagnostic. He got it working within minutes & stayed to make sure it was working properly. He tested the voltage wiring in the walls & tested the temperature on all the vents. He even educated me on how the system works. I can always depend on Essentra Heating and Air when a problem arises. I can count on them for annual service on my AC unit. This company is excellent & I highly recommend their trusted services.

We met Manny with Essentra Heating and Air at the home show. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and booked with us a day/time for a free tune up. He was on time as promised, explained what they would be doing and got right to work. I have very inquisitive kids and Manny was great with them too! John was punctual, performed the A/C tune up timely and with a positive attitude, explaining in detail for me our units needs. I was able to understand my unit and recieve helpful tips to better suite our household needs.

Our Air conditioner was not working properly. John came to my home and was very helpful. He thoroughly explained the problem with the AC unit in a way that is easy to understand, showed pictures and gave multiple solutions. He repaired the unit and didn’t leave until he knew it was working and the house was cooling down. I will definitely use their services again.

From the quick, courteous return call from Ember when I called to make an appointment to John who came to my house and gave me the estimate (and the young man who was with him, sorry I can't remember his name) to Fernando and Jose who worked in the HOT temps to make sure I will have a cool weekend. Thank God for John! I called the office after the AC suddenly quit. He arrived promptly the same day, discovered the problem and gave me options!!! I contacted Essentra Heating & Air for an ongoing Error Code on my Heating system. John came out for my Diagnostic appointment and was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and took time to show and explain his findings to me John and Giovanni cleaned the outside unit at no charge. John gave me a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and hopefully it will resolved all issues.
Follow up Review

Upon their arrival the unit was on the E8 error code. John and Giovanni did a great job with the blower wheel cleaning. John also at no extra charge cleaned the condensate pan and cleared condensate line that was plugged, I have had issues in the AC mode the past three years the unit would leak out onto my furniture.
I would highly recommend Essentra Heating and Air for any of your HVAC issues. They provide excellent customer service and results. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you.
