Very professional..I’m a firm believer in regular maintenance and it’s paid off for us as we have had this system for awhile. Ed is great and will request him going forward in the future!

I made an appointment via email and the response was so quick I could hardly believe it. Candice was very friendly in her response and the service people who came out were knowledgeable and prompt in keeping the appointment. Since the problem was mostly my fault (for not changing the air filter) the problem was not easily identified and was corrected. It is unfortunate that it had to be taken care of with two visits, but the service techs were friendly courteous and informative.

RJ arrived promptly, was respectful, courteous, professional and explained the services he provided to ensure that our equipment is in good shape. Very pleased with the service.

On time, personable and efficient employees. They were able to diagnose the problem with our new thermostat and heater, charged us warranty cost and fixed it. Great to work with and highly recommended.

Called Bailey’s because my heater sometimes would blow cold. Eduardo from Bailey’s said the system was all good, and suggested I double check my Nest thermostat settings. I looked and saw I had incorrectly set my thermostat for electric heat source instead of gas. Correcting my thermostat settings made my heater work.
Another company tried to sell me a new system for $18,000. An $85 service call by Bailey’s solved my problem. I’m keeping their number.

Super professional & thorough service. Explained everything that what being done. Tested everything from cfm restrictions, duct leakage, air infiltration, thermal camera to find areas of air leakage/insulation problems. They have all the equipment needed to do any type of HVAC test possible. Definitively knowledgeable on all aspects of HVAC. Highly recommend Bailey’s for an honest, accurate assessment of any HVAC system problems.

The repairman that came was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of time to make sure that he got the settings just right. I felt like he knew exactly what he was doing and I'm grateful to have the unit working properly. Kind, courteous, and polite, etc etc

Outstanding experience! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services. My 20yr old air conditioner was leaking and I nursed it through the summer by refilling it with R22. Did not want to refill it again to get through another summer. Reached out to Bailey's to discuss replacement options. Bailey's was the seventh out of eight contractors to come out and discuss replacement options. Bailey's stood out because they performed an actual engineering analysis to determine what the heating and cooling loads of the house require and therefore can appropriately size the unit. No hand waving. No determining the size based on square footage alone. No determining the size based on the size of the 20yr old system installed when the house was built. Actual engineering analysis with reports. Bailey's was the only company that performed that analysis. All the other companies wanted to emphasis their particular product and SEER rating and price match as the main approach. Bailey's took a more wholistic approach by assessing insulation and infiltration and recommending options. Bailey's did a great job on the installation as well and troubleshooting an electric issue.

Service was great! RJ took the time to explain everything. He did not push anything into me or try to upsell. He was honest, found the issue, and made a solid recommendation. I am processing with the service and highly recommend. They also did work for a family member, so that's why I use Bailey's.

Been with Bailey’s for 25 years. Had annual winter service done. Problem developed 10 days later. Problem was corrected. No diagnostic service charged. New Serviceman Ed was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable he didn’t mind my questions as l like understanding how things work as it helps me make informed decisions. In this case I upgraded the old thermostat which Ed programmed for me. Thank you and Happy holidays.

Technician. The worker, RJ Nava, arrived very punctual, respectful, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. We appreciate his work ethic and glad he could schedule another day to fix the AC Unit (located on my roof) to the nearest clear weather day in a raining season and offered great deals for first time customers for annual maintenance services and much more. I think this is the first time I've met Moses, but I like him already! He's a nice, kind, trustworthy technician. He's friendly, too and does a good job! So far I like both Carlos and Moses! My first experience with Baileys's HVAC was great . Starting with the office staff, great communication with me as the customer and prompt response to any of my concerns. They were able to rescheduled a sooner appointment for my service. Then on the day of the appointment, the service technician (Moses) arrived on time and was able to figure out the issue with the heater system and advised me with the process to proceed with the repair. He also informed me about their maintenance yearly service for both the heater and A/C unit. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs.

Baileys Heating and Air is top notch. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they service. This visit was for routine maintenance of our Trane Heat Pump. They ran a thorough diagnostic and shared the results with us during the process. Once the variety of tests were completed he provided multiple options for maintenance and repairs, explaining everything from current conditions to the longevity of the system, as well as new technology and products for added layers of protection. They will be our go-to service providers for the long haul, for sure.

Oscar and Gabriel did an excellent job cleaned up she'll be pictures insulated my attic I would recommend this company to anybody.
